Out of the blue, I felt a pang of boredom and a desire to go somewhere, anywhere. However, the thought of traveling far filled me with a wave of laziness. Ultimately, I decided on Pattaya, a nearby destination.

Our stay at the P Plus Hotel Pattaya, a newly opened hotel in the heart of Pattaya, was a truly memorable experience.

- Open Google Maps and set the destination to Petchvipa Hospital. Drive straight from the motorway towards Central Pattaya. Look for Soi Chalermprakiet 23 and turn into the soi. The hospital is a short distance away.
Public transportation

Bus:

• It is recommended to take a bus from Ekkamai Bus Terminal.
• The journey takes approximately 2 hours if there is no traffic.
• Upon arrival, there will be songthaews (shared taxis) waiting to take passengers.
• Inform the driver of your destination and negotiate the fare.

Upon turning into Soi Chalermprakiet 23, you will be greeted by the modern-looking hotel with its spacious parking lot.

Upon arrival, guests are greeted by a spacious and impeccably clean lobby. The welcoming staff greets guests with a smile even before they step through the door. After checking in, guests receive their key cards and proceed to their rooms. Before heading up, however, they take a moment to capture the beauty of the lobby.

Our room is on the 7th floor. When I pressed the elevator button and the door opened, I saw this sign.

The cleaning staff are very friendly. Every time they see me, they call me "Miss" and greet me. This is something I appreciate.

The drinks we ordered, a Blue Hawaii and an Italian soda, melted while we were taking photos.

After a delicious meal, we took a leisurely stroll to aid digestion. Relaxing by the pool was a delightful experience. The lush surroundings of the hotel, complete with koi fish and a refreshing breeze, created a tranquil atmosphere.

There are also koi fish.

As I strolled along, I suddenly remembered that I hadn't yet visited the fitness room and sauna. I thought to myself, "I should take a peek." I was filled with regret. I had forgotten to bring my workout shoes. Oh no!

How impressive! In the evening, I plan to take a stroll through Central Festival Pattaya Beach and search for delicious food. This hotel is conveniently located near Central Festival Pattaya Beach, so I can simply walk out from the side of the hotel next to the restaurant and access the Walking Street Soi Buakhao.

Turning left, you'll find a plethora of bars, restaurants, and massage parlors lining the side streets, reminiscent of Khao San Road back home. Continuing along the path, you'll encounter a right turn leading to similar establishments.

Turn in and walk straight ahead until you reach the main road.

There it is, I found Central.

After a short walk, cross the street to the Night Bazaar, where you'll find souvenirs and clothing for sale.

Massage parlors and seafood restaurants line the streets, making Pattaya a truly vibrant city. Walking back the same way, I came across a very tempting chicken rice restaurant. Both Thais and foreigners were filling the restaurant, so I had to give it a try. It was conveniently located near the alley we used to exit the hotel, slightly to the left.

In the morning, we went down to the Black Jack Cafe for breakfast, which was located in the same place as before. There were set menus to choose from, including an ABF set and congee. We opted for the ABF set.

For those who did not bring a car, the hotel can arrange a songthaew to take you to the transportation hub.

In conclusion, my stay in Pattaya, particularly at this hotel, has been incredibly rejuvenating. The abundance of activities available has brought immense joy and laughter to my brief vacation, making it truly meaningful. This concludes my trip report for now. Until next time, take care!
