Hello everyone, it's been a while since I've written a review. I've been taking a short break to prepare for a bigger trip.
Today, I'm going to talk about a problem (for some people) that has to do with exchanging money. For popular currencies, there's usually no problem, but for less popular currencies, you need to do a lot of research.
You need to compare exchange rates and find a good place to exchange your money.
In this review, I'm going to talk about exchanging Indian rupees. But now, the Indian rupee is actually a popular currency.
A lot of people are going to India, and a lot of people are exchanging rupees. The exchange rate is good, and the exchange rate at Superrich Thailand is also good.
If you don't know where to exchange your money, Superrich is a good option. I can confirm that.
SuperRich is a foreign exchange company.
When you search for SuperRich on Google, you'll see both SuperRich green and SuperRich orange.
There are actually three colors of SuperRich. The blue color is not as common.
SuperRich blue is Grand SuperRich.
SuperRich orange is SuperRich (1965).
And the one we're going to talk about is the green one.
SuperRich green is SuperRich Thailand.
SuperRich Thailand green has a total of 14 branches. The most important branches are located at Suvarnabhumi Airport because they are very convenient. Or, you can go to the Chong Nonsi branch, which is located on the BTS Skytrain. You can exchange your money there right away.
Some people may not understand when they study the reserve money for exchange in some branches that are not the main branches.
It usually states that "we buy foreign currencies in 34 currencies and "sell" foreign currencies only in USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, JPY, MYR, SGD, HKD, TWD, KRW, CNY".
^
Goof 1
I'm telling you this because at first I was confused between buying and selling money. I thought I would sell Thai baht and get foreign currency. The ultimate stupidity =..= But the truth is, we have to focus on the fact that they sell foreign currency, we buy it, right? What kind of crazy person thinks they can sell Thai baht? Don't blame me, my brain is just messed up, I don't understand things like other people.
Haha

Goof 2
When a goofy person like me reads "Selling foreign currencies" only in USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, JPY, MYR, SGD, HKD, TWD, KRW, CNY".
"They only sell that much???"
"Hey, why isn't there INR currency?" I'm confused.
"Do I have to go to the main branches only to exchange rupees?"
#The ultimate goofiness
(With this much goofiness, how do I survive going out alone? This is a special technique, smooth talking, haha)
Back to the money exchange story.
Don't be confused, don't be confused. I've asked for you already.
In summary:
We asked the page: "Do you not exchange Thai baht for rupees? Which branches offer this service? Are you open on public holidays? Thank you."
The page replied: "If you want to buy or sell currencies that are not held in reserve at the branch, please call to pre-order in advance according to the details below.
You can pre-order money by calling the Call Center at 022544444 during business hours:
- Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday and Public Holidays: 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
Please provide the following information:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Currency you want to exchange
- Amount of money
- Branch where you will pick up the money
- Date and time you want to pick up the money
Notes:
- Call to pre-order money at least 1 business day in advance.
- The exchange rate will be calculated at the time the customer makes the transaction at the branch counter.
- The company will hold the customer's reservation for 2 hours from the time specified.
Following this, we called the Call Center and spoke hesitantly, feeling excited.
We asked the Call Center the same questions as we received from the page and then asked if we could pre-order at this time (2 PM, almost 3 PM) and pick up the money at the branch the next day.
(We were concerned that if we pre-ordered at almost 3 PM and picked up the money the next morning, how would they deliver the money? If they sent it by messenger, wouldn't they need time to prepare or deliver it?)
However, the Call Center said it was possible and that we could pick it up after pre-ordering. They asked which branch we would like to pick it up from.
We provided the details, and they asked for our name, surname, the amount of money we wanted to exchange, the branch where we would pick it up, and the time we would pick it up at the branch we specified.
After providing the information, the conversation with the Call Center ended.
Good morning on your day off! After calling to make a reservation, today (05/12/60) I went to pick up the money. We received it at the Future Park Rangsit branch.
Required documents
- Exchanging Thai Baht for foreign currency: Use your passport.
- Exchanging foreign currency for Thai Baht: Use your ID card.
With the documents ready, let's go to the branch!
Note: For the Future Park branch, it is located on the B floor, near KFC, in front of the parking lot exit door. It is a counter, just a single counter standing there.
Note 2: You can bring a copy or the original document. The branch will make a copy for you.
That's it, done. I don't know what's so confusing, but hey, maybe there are some people who are as confused as I am. 555+
