Visiting 9 Temples in Ayutthaya

This 9-temple merit-making trip was a 2-day, 1-night journey to welcome the Thai New Year. We started our journey from Korat at 5:00 AM and visited various temples based on information found online.

1. The Temple of the Emerald Buddha

2. Wat Ratchaburana

  1. Maha That Temple

4. Wat Yai Chaimongkol

5. Wat Phanan Choeng Worawihan

  1. Wat Mahaeyong

7. Wat Ku Di Dao

8. Wat Klang Khlong Srabue

9. Wat Si Pho

On the first day, we made merit at all 9 temples, which were not far from each other. On the second day, we went sightseeing. This trip was very fulfilling, both spiritually and emotionally.
