All-You-Can-Eat Salmon and Sushi Buffet in the Heart of Bangkok

EaTraHolic presents another exciting buffet option in the heart of Bangkok, offering an all-you-can-eat feast of salmon, fish eggs, and sushi. Conveniently located near MBK, this restaurant provides a delightful culinary experience with its "ALL YOU CAN EAT" concept.

Today, we chose to dine at the Tadaima restaurant located on the 7th floor of MBK Center, adjacent to the bowling alley entrance. Arriving at approximately 1:00 PM on a Saturday, we encountered a queue of patrons waiting for their turn. Driven by hunger, we promptly added our names to the waiting list and joined the queue. The waiting time was approximately 10-15 minutes, although this may vary depending on the departure times of other diners.

The front of the shop displays a menu with all the available dishes, allowing customers to make their selections before entering.

A heavenly voice announced our turn, and a staff member escorted us to our table, explaining the restaurant's dining etiquette. A white menu sheet was provided on the table, allowing us to mark our desired dishes and quantities.

Within a short time, the small appetizers we ordered were served in front of us.

The salmon salad boasts a perfectly balanced, bold flavor. The kimchi is refreshingly crisp and delicious, while the seaweed salad offers a satisfying crunch and a fragrant sesame oil aroma. It's truly excellent.

Next up, we have the tempura shrimp salad. The freshly fried, piping hot tempura shrimp is served with crisp, fresh salad greens and drizzled with a flavorful dressing.

The teriyaki menu also offers a variety of options, including chicken, pork, beef, squid tentacles, mackerel, and roe. You can choose between sauce-grilled or salt-grilled options. The dish pictured here is grilled sliced pork wrapped in golden needle mushrooms, served piping hot. For those who enjoy bacon-wrapped golden needle mushrooms, this menu item is highly recommended.

Let's move on to the next dish, which is a platter of assorted sushi rice balls. This includes salmon ikura rolls, salmon roe seaweed-wrapped rice, shrimp roe seaweed-wrapped rice, and grilled salmon rice balls. The restaurant has done an excellent job of presenting this dish. The salmon is fresh and has marbling throughout. The grilled salmon, in particular, is melt-in-your-mouth tender and flavorful. The sushi rice is not too tightly packed, making for a pleasant dining experience.

The second sushi platter followed closely behind, and as soon as the order was placed with the waiter, the food was quickly delivered to the table.

This is the highlight of our meal, a sashimi platter with two servings. The platter includes salmon, white squid, and giant squid, all of which are reasonably fresh. The white dish on the right is grilled squid tentacles, which are a bit chewy and require some chewing. The other dish, in the back, is deep-fried chicken tendons, which are freshly fried and crispy. We ordered five plates of these.

For those who crave dessert, the restaurant offers a single option: green tea ice cream (with red beans).
