This is my first food review.

While others review fancy restaurants, we present this temple fair. It's simple, affordable, and accessible for everyone to enjoy.

This year, I visited the annual festival at Wat King Kaew, my hometown temple. The renowned Luang Pu Phuak only holds this event once a year. Let me tell you, the food selection was incredible! Honestly, I came for both merit-making and eating. After paying respects to the Buddha, I took a leisurely stroll around the festival grounds. This time, I'm sharing some of the food vendors I encountered. There were some unique and unusual offerings, but I can assure you that everything was delicious. I practically ate myself silly!

The BBQ offers a variety of meats, including pork, chicken, and beef, to satisfy your cravings. The sauce is incredibly flavorful and spicy.

The first restaurant was a barbecue place with an electric grill, while the first one we went to had a charcoal grill that produced a lot of smoke.

An assortment of meatballs, a classic dish, but for some reason, I always have to order it whenever I go. The dipping sauce is absolutely divine.

Grilled banana with a delectable young coconut dipping sauce. The aroma is intoxicating, and the sweetness is so satisfying that you won't even worry about gaining weight.

Take a break when you're tired. We have every kind of noodle at our restaurant. The highlight is our seafood, which is like a mini-ocean in a bowl. We have shrimp, squid, fish, and shellfish, all served generously to your satisfaction.

Indulge in a delightful treat with a touch of sweetness. This delectable dessert, crafted from either jelly or marshmallow, is dipped in rich chocolate, creating an irresistible combination of textures and flavors. The sweetness is undeniable, and the soft, yielding texture will leave you wanting more.

This shop caters to fruit juice lovers, offering strawberries, fresh milk, and more. You can choose your desired sweetness level, from very sweet to less sweet.

The health-conscious can also enjoy roasted chestnuts, hot and fragrant from the oven. Perfect for a snack or a gift.

The grilled chicken is being roasted. It will be skewered. Oops, it's already skewered! The grilled chicken is hot, and the spicy dipping sauce is delicious. I would like two sticky rice, please.

Exceptionally large "khanom bueng" (Thai crispy crepes) with overflowing fillings, generously prepared without regard to cost. The sweet and fragrant flavors are delightful.

A variety of delicious fillings in crispy roti sai mai. My favorite is the foi thong, which is perfectly sweet and fragrant.

No need to travel all the way to Nong Mal for sticky rice in bamboo. You can find it right here in Bang Phli, and it's just as delicious!

This shop is a favorite. Their blended coconut water is amazing, especially with extra fresh milk. You can imagine how creamy and delicious it is.

A large shop selling all kinds of insects. For those who like fried insects, they also have a recipe for mixing with insects. Just shake it in a bag.

Another small-sized "khanom beuang" stall, the same old, same old, but still as delicious as ever.

For those who love crispy pork, don't miss this restaurant. One special plate of crispy pork leg with skin, please. Oops.

Traditional snacks are here! Rice crackers, grilled over a small charcoal stove, are a crowd favorite. Younger generations should definitely give them a try.

Fish balls here are guaranteed to stay firm and delicious. No matter how they look in the pan, once you add the dipping sauce, they'll remain unchanged.

The photos I took only show a small part of the event. There were also many clothing stores, toy stores, and other things.

Today, I'm feeling nostalgic for home, so I'm writing a review of temple fair food. No need for fancy restaurants, just the simple pleasures of our local temple fair food. It's good for the body, good for the soul, and good for the spirit. See you next year at the Wat King Kaew annual fair!
