Today, we will introduce a restaurant with a unique concept: a fusion of Isaan and Izakaya cuisine, offering a variety of fusion dishes. But that's not all! The restaurant also features dishes with a stunning blue-purple hue, thanks to the use of butterfly pea flowers. These dishes are not only visually appealing but also delicious.

The cafe's interior design features a blue color scheme, creating a spacious and airy atmosphere. Large windows surround the cafe, offering views of the surrounding lawn. Both indoor and outdoor seating are available. Unfortunately, heavy rain prevented us from capturing photos of the exterior.

Hunger spares no one.

Upon arrival, we were famished and immediately ordered food to satiate our hunger. The majority of our orders consisted of dishes in shades of blue and purple, reflecting my personal preference for the color purple. The food was delectable, with each dish boasting exceptional flavor.

The first dish served was a sweet liver dish. The liver was perfectly cooked, tender and not overcooked. The flavors were bold and well-balanced.

The fried papaya salad, with its purple batter, was a visual delight. The dish was quite spicy, but we persevered. The combination of the salad with sticky rice or rice noodles was a perfect match. Interestingly, the sticky rice and rice noodles were also colored blue or purple.

Another dish is grilled pork neck with jaew dipping sauce. The pork neck is marinated to perfection, and the aroma of roasted rice is simply irresistible.

Moving on to Japanese cuisine, this dish features crispy tempura shrimp with purple batter. Another love!

The final dish was salmon tempura, which consisted of salmon rolls with rice that were deep-fried and drizzled with spicy sauce. This dish was delicious and very generous in portion size.

Between meals, sip on refreshing roselle and lime juice.

We were very impressed with this meal. Everything was delicious, and we would definitely recommend it to others. We will definitely be back to try more of the menu, especially the izakaya dishes. The prices were also very reasonable, and the portions were large. We were three people, and we couldn't finish everything. We would have liked to try more of the dishes, but we were too full.

The shop is located in Soi Pradiphat 14. You can follow these coordinates to get there.
