Today's hotel restaurants are fiercely competitive, offering numerous promotions and deals that benefit consumers like us who want to experience the culinary skills of hotel chefs at affordable prices. Recently, I had the opportunity to sample the cuisine at a hotel in the Pratunam area and would like to recommend it as another option for those who enjoy dining at hotel restaurants. Currently, they are offering a special promotion, reducing the price from 699 baht to just 499 baht.

Let's take a look at the food line-up, starting with Thai dishes. There's stir-fried chicken with cashew nuts, deep-fried sea bass with tamarind sauce, roasted duck breast with young vegetables, stir-fried shrimp with curry powder sauce, seafood tom yum soup, spicy seafood glass noodle salad, Sukhothai noodles, and, of course, the essential Thai staple: mackerel chili paste with vegetables. Personally, I loved the sweet and sour flavor of the sea bass with tamarind sauce, which permeated the fish perfectly. Another dish that caught my eye was the braised pork bone curry with acacia leaves. I'm tempted to try making it myself, as I've only ever had acacia omelets and bitter snail curry. The tender, fall-off-the-bone pork, simmered to perfection and infused with the fragrant leaves, was simply irresistible, especially when paired with steaming hot rice. It almost made me forget about all the other dishes!

The seafood selection is limited to shrimp and New Zealand mussels. The chef prepares the mussels with a flavorful tom yum sauce.

This restaurant is ideal for office workers in the area as it is only open from Monday to Friday. However, if you have the time, you are welcome to come and try it out. The overall taste of the food is of a standard hotel level, and it is good value for money considering the quality of the ingredients used. The venue is spacious, clean, and comfortable, with air conditioning that is so cold it can be chilly. It is conveniently located, and some types of food may be rotated on a daily basis.
