Nestled in the heart of Myeongdong, a bustling tourist hub in Seoul, lies a hidden gem that offers an exceptional culinary experience at an affordable price. This unassuming eatery, tucked away from the throngs of tourists, boasts a menu that tantalizes the taste buds with its authentic Korean flavors.

This restaurant is called Myeong Hwa Dang. After exiting the Myeongdong subway station, walk into the market and turn left at the intersection. Look for the first alley you come across, and you'll find the restaurant tucked away in a small stall on the second floor. (The restaurant is on the second floor.) You can walk right up to the second floor.

Due to the lack of awareness among tourists, this restaurant is primarily frequented by Korean patrons. The staff's limited English proficiency may pose a communication barrier. Ordering involves pointing at desired items on the menu, and payment is made at the counter after the meal.

The price is not too bad, it's affordable.

Kimbap so delicious you have to order more.

Tteokbokki with a rich and flavorful sauce.

Or perhaps the truly delicious rice salad.

Okay, here is a small review that I would like to share with those who are on a tight budget but still enjoy delicious food. If you are in the area, feel free to give it a try!

With love and care for our bellies.
