Midnight A Cocoa... A treat for late-night owls.

The owner, Dear, shared that she is a huge fan of cocoa.

But I suddenly craved (wanted) to drink cocoa late at night (we don't drink late at night), and no shops were open.

Dear brewed and drank the coffee himself, enjoying it immensely. As he drank more and more, he decided to start selling it as well.

It took Dear a year to perfect the cocoa recipe before we could enjoy it.

Midnight A Cocoa is located at the corner of the road before turning left onto Isaraphap Road (if coming down from the Phak Khlong Bridge or Phut Bridge, heading towards Wongwian Yai). The shop has a star-shaped logo on a yellow background and a sign that reads "Studio".

The queue ticket distribution will begin at 9:50 PM. When we arrived at 9:30 PM, there were already many customers waiting in line. However, there is no need to worry if the ping pong balls have not been drawn yet, as this means that we are still on time.

At 9:50 PM, the restaurant started handing out queue numbers. One representative from each group should line up (friends can wait nearby for a while), and the restaurant staff will stamp your arm to count the number of people in your group.

The order in which students purchase cocoa is determined by a random draw using ping pong balls. Students are informed of the approximate waiting time beforehand. Those with higher "luck points" will be assigned earlier slots, while those with lower points may have to wait longer.

Today we got the 12th place, so we won't have to wait long (we once got the 42nd place, so today is a breeze). We're happy to wait for our thick, chewy, and fragrant cocoa.

Subsequently, cards will be dealt sequentially according to the number of glasses ordered (cards will be arranged in the order of spades, hearts, diamonds, and clubs).

After receiving your playing cards, feel free to relax as you please. You can wait around, chat with your friends who came with you, or even make new friends with the other players. (We'll be chatting and capturing the atmosphere, so feel free to join in!)

When it's your turn, the staff will call you. Don't worry about missing your turn (but if you do, they will serve you first, so don't worry about not getting your food).

Midnight A Cocoa offers three sweetness levels: very sweet, less sweet, and customizable to your preference.

Lv.1 Goodnight: Lightly sweetened cocoa with extra milk.

Lv.2 Midnight: Half-milk, half-cocoa, no betel nut chewiness

Lv.3 Darknight: Strong cocoa with a hint of milk, thick and viscous.

Today we ordered Lv.3 Darknight (the strongest and thickest)

After finishing, we can taste it. This is the real pleasure. We can add cocoa powder until we are satisfied. If you want it thicker, add more cocoa powder. If you want it thinner, add more milk. (If you like a certain taste, you can tell the seller.)

We finally found our cocoa, the cocoa with the perfect taste for us. This is the charm that we are obsessed with, Midnight A CoCoa.

According to Dear, the cocoa at the shop is just ordinary cocoa, and there are many other delicious shops. However, for us, the cocoa at this shop has a unique charm in the flavors we can choose from. There is friendship from both the staff at the shop and the customers who are waiting. There are smiles to be found all around. Therefore, this ordinary cocoa is what makes us happy and satisfied.
