🍜 Taste the local cuisine, enjoy the noodles, and have fun at the temple fair in Phitsanulok.
The event was held at the Ratchaburana Temple grounds, organized by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) Phitsanulok Office and the Ministry of Culture.
A unique food festival showcasing Phitsanulok's signature noodle dishes, including #hanging_noodles, #stir-fried_noodles, #pad_thai, and #kiew_moo_ee, alongside other rare local dishes. Traditional performances and a "noodle-eating" competition are also featured. The event runs until July 22, 2018.
Of course, if you come to Phitsanulok, you shouldn't miss trying the "kway teow hoei kha" (noodle soup with dangling legs), which has many shops. However, the original shop has moved to the area near the Dinosaur Market (as of the latest update). But if you want the atmosphere, there are many shops along the Nan River with similar tastes.
Authentic Pad Thai, also known as Pad Thai Wang Thong, can only be found in Wang Thong. However, there are branches in Phitsanulok city where you can enjoy this dish.
"Finding 'Kea-Eaw' and 'Mee Sua' might be a bit challenging as they are not commonly available in typical restaurants. However, you can still find them on the menu of some specific eateries.
