For a special dinner, the rooftop is the perfect romantic spot,
turning your meal into...a sweet and juicy experience.
The 59th-floor rooftop of the Centara Grand Hotel at CentralWorld is a great choice for celebrating a special occasion with your loved one.
With its airy and comfortable atmosphere, cool breeze, and stunning views of the capital city at dusk and night, you can enjoy light drinks accompanied by music and excellent service. We guarantee that anyone who visits will be impressed.
The View from Above
Standing on the 59th floor, one is struck by the sheer height and expansive views. The surrounding buildings seem dwarfed, and the city stretches out in all directions. On the day of our visit, a light drizzle added to the atmosphere, offering a refreshing coolness and a touch of mist. The 360-degree panorama was truly breathtaking.
While the floor boasts a bar, the rain unfortunately prevented us from capturing it in our photos. After a brief photo session, we retreated to the 55th floor to avoid the downpour.
Let's start by browsing the menu to whet our appetites.

Menu Option 3
The restaurant offers three distinct menus for food and beverages, each with clearly listed prices.
The first set of images, consisting of four in total, was obtained from the Facebook page of the establishment in question.
The second type we took ourselves from the hotel's restaurant, which came in large volumes (the indoor type that we moved down from the 59th floor).
The third type is a menu that we photographed from the bar on the 59th floor. It's very stylish, and you can just tap on the tablet to order. 55
Let's dive into the delectable world of culinary delights!
Half-shell oysters with Thai and champagne sauces
Oysters with Champagne Sauce
This dish features large oysters, recommended by the staff. They suggest pairing the oysters with champagne to enhance their flavor. The pink sauce you see is champagne sauce, and it's needless to say how delicious it is. The combination of sweet, juicy oysters, springy texture, crispy fried shallots, and the spicy flavor of chili paste is simply divine.
Crispy Sweet Potato Fries
This phrase is already in English and does not require translation.
After enjoying the oysters, we moved on to the crispy French fries. What I loved about them was their incredible length and crunch. However, I found the dipping sauce to be just okay, similar to sweet and sour sauce. It was perfect for a light snack, though. If you're a fan of crunchy treats, this dish is definitely worth trying.
Let's move on to the beverage line.
ACQUA PANNA
To start, we recommend a natural mineral water. This is a standard option with no frills, available in both large and small sizes.
Chivas Extra Blended Scotch Whisky
This translation aims to be concise, informative, and maintain a formal tone appropriate for an academic setting. It avoids personal pronouns and colloquialisms, and focuses on providing factual information about the product.
A deep amber whiskey with a rich, full-bodied flavor and an enticing aroma of ripe fruit. This whiskey is said to be aged in Oloroso sherry casks, adding a unique depth and complexity to its character. A must-try for whiskey enthusiasts!
The Life in Pink (1)
The Life in Pink (2)
For those who want to try their hand at being a bartender, this is the menu item for you! You get to mix your own drinks. The bar will provide champagne in a test tube-like container, along with vodka and strawberry juice. They also provide sliced strawberries for you to snack on while you mix.
When the strawberry juice is poured in, it fizzes and bubbles. As soon as the vodka is added, the bubbles disappear! This is a very interesting drink. The taste is slightly sweet and sour, with a hint of strawberry. If you enjoy this type of flavor, be sure to order it!
Most of the staff here are foreigners, so we use English to communicate.
