While visiting the beach, seafood is a must-try. However, for this trip, I don't have any seafood recommendations. Instead, I'd like to introduce a Japanese restaurant located within the D VAREE JOMTIEN BEACH.

DaRe Japanese Restaurant, pronounced "Da-re," is a Japanese restaurant located in front of the hotel and right by the road. We visited this restaurant during our diet, hoping to lose some weight. 😁 During the day, it serves à la carte, and in the evening, it offers a buffet.

Every dish here is prepared with meticulous care by our chefs and features the freshest ingredients. The fish, in particular, is melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Today, we have five recommended dishes for you to try: California Roll, Sashimi Set, Spicy Salmon Salad, Yakisoba, and Ramen.

Each of these is a signature dish of this restaurant. Let's take a look at what they are.

The shop is conveniently located at the front of the hotel, directly on Jomtien Beach Road.

The interior of the shop is spacious and inviting.

The chefs meticulously prepare each dish, ensuring they are freshly made and bursting with flavor.

The first dish has arrived: the Sashimi Set, priced at 350 baht. The set includes thick slices of salmon that practically melt in your mouth, tuna, marinated mackerel, and squid. I must say, every piece is fresh and delicious! 555

Yakisoba, priced at 150 baht, features chewy soba noodles stir-fried in fragrant Japanese sauce. This dish is a must-try.

Spicy Salmon Salad (140 THB) - Japanese cuisine isn't all about mild flavors. This spicy salmon salad packs a punch with just the right amount of heat and tang, sure to satisfy Thai taste buds.

The ramen, priced at 250 baht, features perfectly chewy noodles and a rich, hot broth that instantly refreshes the palate.

California Roll (290 THB) - A must-try for shrimp roe lovers! This roll is generously filled with plump shrimp roe and a satisfyingly dense filling. Get ready for a delightful explosion of flavors.
