This review will take you to a new restaurant, At 13 Wine & Dine, located on the 1st floor of Chani Residence in Thonglor Soi 13. The restaurant offers free parking. The interior is a two-story air-conditioned room with an elegant and semi-formal atmosphere. There are many seating areas to choose from, including a private room. Let's go inside and try it out.
‘Lobster Bisque Soup’
A standard portion of vibrant, rich lobster bisque soup.
The inclusion of a lobster bisque is a welcome addition, and its size is substantial. The broth is fragrant and well-seasoned, without being overpowering. The restaurant's lobster bisque recipe is ideal for those who prefer a lighter flavor and a soup that is not overly rich.
Truffle Soup
The truffle soup is served in a cup with garlic bread.
The rich and creamy beef soup is so flavorful that you can enjoy it with a spoon or by holding the handle and lifting it to your mouth. The accompanying garlic bread is fragrant and has a great texture, making it the perfect complement to the soup. Highly recommended.

Medium-rare, perfectly tender. Delicious on its own or paired with a rich, savory mushroom sauce. Highly recommended.
‘Grilled Angus Sirloin’
A classic 300-gram cut of Angus sirloin with a strip of fat, grilled to tender perfection and served with a flavorful peppercorn sauce. Highly recommended.
‘Panna Cotta’

‘Tiramisu’
