Recently, I've been craving sugar more than usual. My son suggested we go to a bakery, so we set out to find a café with a pleasant atmosphere, a wide selection of baked goods, and delicious cakes. Our search led us to Annie's Time Café, where we enjoyed a delightful afternoon tea.
Those who have taken a boat from Laem Bali Hai Pier to Koh Larn will be familiar with this restaurant. If you walk from the pier, the restaurant is located right at the entrance of Walking Street. The back of the restaurant offers a full view of Pattaya Bay.
Upon entering, one is greeted by a dazzling array of ice cream cakes and a vast selection of bakery items, leaving one overwhelmed with choices. The sheer variety is enough to induce a 30-second state of indecision, pondering which delectable treat to indulge in.
The son asked if they should find a seat first. The restaurant is two stories high, with balconies on both sides. One side offers a view of Walking Street, while the other side offers a view of the sea.
The restaurant boasts a classic, minimalist, and modern design with a touch of vintage, creating a harmonious atmosphere perfect for enjoying a meal or a cup of hot tea.
Let's focus on the wall for a moment. Just looking at it makes me want to have a glass of wine. Next time, I will definitely try the wine there.
The restaurant offers a wide variety of menu items, including drinks such as fruit juices, teas, coffees, sodas, as well as a variety of beers and wines. The highlight of the menu is the wide selection of cakes and pastries.
The food is cafe-style, with a wide variety of options, including burgers, pizzas, spaghetti, salads, and general Thai dishes.
The restaurant is currently offering a promotion on a mixed dessert platter served with blueberries and kiwi dip. I tried it with the blooming flower tea, and it was delicious.
The delicate aroma of flowers wafts through the air, accompanied by a smooth, mellow, and light taste that lingers on the palate. The tea is perfectly balanced, requiring no additional sweeteners. The velvety texture caresses the tongue, creating a delightful sipping experience. The breathtaking ocean view further enhances the enjoyment, making it difficult to tear oneself away.
The son asked for a taste, and I got hooked too. We sat for a while and started to feel hungry, so we immediately ordered a pizza to share. It was a German sausage pizza with a thin, crispy, homemade crust that was fresh and delicious. The pizza was so big that my son almost finished it all by himself.
This is another restaurant that I would like to try other menus, especially wine because they have a lot to choose from. It should be delicious. The price of food and drinks is okay. It is suitable for the look, taste and quality.
