Chef Hans Zahner, the head chef of Tables Grill, is the main force behind this initiative. The first event was held on November 3rd and 4th, 2018, and invited two Michelin-starred chefs from Tokyo, Japan: Chef Hideaki Imahashi and Patissier Shoko Hirase from L'aube Restaurant.
