October 18, 2018

This year, I was able to snag two great deals with Thai Lion Air. Each round trip was incredible, especially the second one, which cost only 605 baht. Yes, you read that right! From Chiang Mai to U-Tapao for just a few hundred baht. It was more affordable than taking the bus! After about an hour from Chiang Mai International Airport, we arrived safely at U-Tapao International Airport on a day when the weather was perfect for our trip. Our destination this time was Pattaya, as usual. ^^

Pattaya, the city of lights that never sleeps, is like the waves that never stop crashing on the beach. Spending time here is easy and great for relaxation because there is something for everyone, whether you're a nature lover, an adventurer, or even a shopaholic.

We have discovered a charming hotel near the beach.

This hotel is a testament to the power of diversity, with its Loft and Industrial style decor seamlessly blending to create the perfect accommodation experience at Sea Crest by Jomtien. (underline the word "perfect")

3rd Floor

After checking in, let's go to our room. Our room is on the 3rd floor and has an Isan theme. (It seems like we just visited this province.)

"Udon Thani"

I almost raised my voice, thinking I was introducing myself. I forgot myself.

Beautiful room

And very stylish

The image below clearly depicts "Udon Thani" in line with this concept.

The renowned Ban Chiang earthenware

has become a symbol of the Isan region, particularly "Udon Thani".

Fully equipped facilities

Personally, I like the bathroom ^^

Because besides the bed, the bathroom is where I can spend the most time "haha"

I like it so much that I sleep and take pictures (of it) elsewhere, just lying on my side.

Where Loft and Industrial meet. Ps. There's a hint of Japanese in it.

Where?

In the packaging, logo, and the completeness of the Japanese business hotel. I love it. Looking at the robe, it's clearly a ryokan. #high-pitched voice

After capturing photos of the room, I visited the fitness center and swimming pool on the second floor.

While the facilities are small, they are sufficient for my needs.

The sun is blazing hot.

Let's go swimming later in the evening. From here, you can see the beach and the sea is not far away.

1st Floor

The hotel has 5 floors, each representing a region of Thailand. Each province is a representative of that region. For those who want to stay here, it's great because it's fun from the start of choosing the room theme.

With a cute theme on the bottom floor, the theme of the sea in the south "Krabi", Thailand.

The room I saw that day was a Family room, it was very cute.

Talking about… family rooms like this

Children will likely enjoy climbing up and down the stairs, and it's also likely that children will claim the top bunk. Parents can rest assured to a certain extent because the guardrails are quite thick. This refers to older children, not toddlers.

The bathroom is also decorated in a marine theme, perfect for those who love the sea. ^^

2nd Floor

Central Region with the beautiful Thai theme: "Ayutthaya"

The news says that this theme is like the face of the country, right? Foreigners love this theme, it's always full.

Clear in conservation and environmental protection

Just your walls are super cool

Another beautiful picture.

Facilities are also complete.

4th Floor: Western Region "Kanchanaburi"

This floor features a jungle theme, perfect for adventure lovers. Images of elephants and tigers adorn the walls, while the bedside lamps resemble trees. The overall atmosphere is calming and serene.

5th Floor

Northern Region "Chiang Mai"

Have you ever been to Chiang Mai? This theme can be found on the 5th floor of the hotel. As soon as you open the door, it's like you've arrived in Chiang Mai. The charm of Lanna hits you in the face. The colors of the Lanna flags are beautiful and valuable to the city of Ping. ^ ____ ^

The room's lamps are in the Lanna style, which is quite charming.

A cozy corner, a good book, and a stunning view of Chiang Mai's cityscape from the window.

After taking photos of the room, the sky was clear and the sun was not too strong, so we went down to the beach for a walk.

It was less than 100 meters from the hotel to the beach, and there were many shops and beach umbrellas scattered around, which was a charming feature of Jomtien Beach.

"It's not lonely, is it?" The sea here...

Advantages of not bringing a personal car

One advantage of not bringing a personal car is the availability of affordable public transportation. In this case, we took advantage of the 10 baht flat-rate buses to reach the entrance of the Sattahip Naval Base.

Many things here have changed significantly, even though I visit Pattaya frequently. This is only my second visit to this specific location in over ten years.

From Khao San Road, the owner of the shop and his friends took themselves to be among the tens of thousands of Chinese tourists at Laem Bali Hai. Then they couldn't help but ask themselves, "Why are we here?" Or are we going to try to visit to get a taste of the atmosphere, just in case for the next boat trip??? Right???

Take the blue car back to the accommodation. Between Soi 8 and 9, our eyes are fixed on this sign: "Stop by" for food and souvenirs. The DJ here will play loud music.

Paying a few tens or hundreds of baht, we still had a little energy left to walk around the area before dragging ourselves back to our accommodation in Soi 12 to rest up, as the salt fields awaited us the next day.

**Another dawn... at that beach**

Coming out to enjoy the cool breeze at the beach before sunrise is something I truly cherish. The stillness, the silence, and my own music playing on loop - sometimes doing things slowly and repetitively is just the best. No rush, no stress, just recharging with positive energy for life.

Breakfast at the hotel restaurant is served a la carte.

Guests can choose from a menu and their orders will be served hot.

When you grow up, you can eat anyone's eggs.

Thank you Sea Crest by Jomtien for giving me and my friends the opportunity to relax and recharge with positive energy. Next time we visit Pattaya, we will definitely consider Sea Crest by Jomtien.
