The white chrysanthemums are in full bloom all over the mountains of Ban Om Long. ~
Missing him, missing the fragrance of the chrysanthemums that only bloom once a year in Samoeng, Ban Om Long, Chiang Mai, so I had to go 🎶

This winter, we won't miss the opportunity to visit the white chrysanthemum fields in full bloom on the mountaintop in Samoeng. We started our journey by setting our GPS from Inthanon to Ban Om Long, a distance of over 100 kilometers. Along the way, we chatted, sang songs, and drove winding roads up the mountain. We rolled down the windows to enjoy the cool air, but some of our friends got carsick and fell asleep. Our driver, a young woman, missed a turn and almost got into trouble before turning around. We stopped to admire the roadside trees and patted each other on the back. Finally, we arrived at Ban Om Long. We set our coordinates to the chrysanthemum field of General's Garden in Samoeng District, which is the last field from Ban Om Long. The highlight of this field is that it is planted on a hillside. Besides this field, there are four other outstanding fields in Samoeng District: Wang Tarn Farm, Diw Katiew Farm, and Adiphong Farm. You can check the locations and choose which field you want to visit. We have already pinned our location at General's Garden. 😁 When we arrived, we saw an elderly couple picking chrysanthemums, which added to the charm of the place. We immediately grabbed our cameras and started taking pictures. A thought flashed through our minds: we were worried that our friends would be too carsick to take pictures. But when we turned around, they were already walking briskly up the field. Oh my! How strong you are! The ones who were feeling down earlier made us want to give up and go back. But the scene in front of us was hilarious! 😆😆😆 Well, let's split up and take pictures. 😉

**Be careful not to walk through the flowerbeds, do not lie on, lean against, or break the branches. Chrysanthemums are herbaceous plants. If they are broken, the plant will dry up and die and cannot be revived. It will die and stay dead.** Let's see the atmosphere in the style of a storyteller, what is it like?

The **Geum Heuk Hwa flower field** in Ban Amlong will be in full bloom in early to mid-November. The best time to visit is between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM, as the sun will not be too hot.

Transportation Information 🚗

To get there from downtown Samoeng district, take Highway 1349 Samoeng-Wat Chan. When you reach Mae Saep Subdistrict, you will see a fork in the road that says Wat Phra Borommathat Doi Pha Som and Ban Om Long. Turn right onto the rural road and continue driving straight. After passing Wat Hat Som Poi for about 2-3 kilometers, you will start to see the chrysanthemum fields. The most popular spot is at Suan Nai Plod in Ban Om Long village.
📍 As usual, we used our trusty rental car from Carvillages Rental Thailand. It's really convenient for every trip. You can stop to eat, pee, or puke as you please. 😆
• Entrance fee: 50 baht / person

The joyful atmosphere of the photograph.

Memories captured from this trip.

White chrysanthemum flowers with small, lovely petals.

White flowers play with the soft evening light.

This angle secretly captures the tree that was flattened by someone falling on it. I used a technique to make it look like it was lying down, and then took the photo.

I'm happy to see my friend has beautiful pictures. Can I stand and admire them? As a friend, I can also be an admin.

Finding joy in every moment of ethereal and dreamy photography.

Gently cup the flower in your hand and take a picture. Please do not pick it.

This is the signature tree of the farm.
