From Don Mueang Airport, we took a direct flight to Krabi, arriving around noon. We then made our way to our accommodation near Ao Nang. After settling in, we decided to explore the surrounding attractions.

The first thing we did was to fill our stomachs. There are many restaurants near the beach, but we had heard of a cafe with a great atmosphere called Hub Cafe, which was not far away, so we decided to check it out.

A 10-minute drive from Ao Nang, this restaurant is nestled in a valley amidst the mountains, offering stunning views.

The atmosphere in the shop

This place mainly focuses on selling desserts and drinks, but we were hungry from Bangkok, so we ordered some savory dishes.

Crispy Pad Thai

And pork steak

Desserts are self-serve from the display case.

This is a great place to relax and unwind.

Open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

In the late afternoon, I took a stroll along the serene shores of Naphratthara Beach. This tranquil haven, with its sparse crowds, offered the perfect setting for quiet contemplation and relaxation.

Watch the sunset

For a livelier atmosphere, head to Ao Nang, a short distance away. This bustling beach is filled with people strolling, swimming, and boats transporting passengers.

The atmosphere becomes increasingly lively as the night progresses.

Let's take a look at the accommodation. Our accommodation is Kokotel Krabi Oasis, located on Klong Haeng Road, not far from Ao Nang and Nopparat Thara Beach.

We previously stayed at Kokotel in Bangkok and were impressed by the adorable sheep family. The Krabi branch is no different.

The ground floor houses a restaurant and cafe where you can enjoy a meal.

Our accommodation is a Koko Mate room, a twin room for two people with a refrigerator, TV, and drinking water.

The bathroom is fully equipped (excluding toothbrush and toothpaste, which can be purchased at the lobby).

It's dark already, so we don't have to go out for dinner. Let's have dinner here. This is a Japanese chain restaurant, so the food is fusion-style.

The first dish is Japanese-style fried pork rice, served with miso soup.

Next, a Thai-style tuna salad.

The original text is empty. There is nothing to translate.

Pork stuffed with cheese, deep-fried pork rolls with cheese and spinach inside.

And another dish, Spicy Chicken wrap. Actually, there was another dish, spaghetti with soy sauce, but I was hungry and forgot to take a picture.

For breakfast, enjoy a delicious buffet with a wide variety of options to choose from. Fuel up before continuing your exciting adventures.

Okay, let's continue.

This morning, we waited to board a boat to Railay Beach and Phra Nang Cave. From our accommodation, we chose to buy tickets from this booth located at the corner of Ao Nang Bay.

The boat has multiple pick-up points. Please choose the one closest to you.

The boat fare is 100 baht per trip. We bought a round-trip ticket and waited for 8 people to fill the boat before it departed.

The boats waiting to receive tourists

Let's go now that we're all here.

The atmosphere while sailing on the deep green sea with verdant mountains.

We landed at Railay West Beach.

According to the map, the boat will arrive directly in front of the beach at points 01-04. To reach Rai Lay East, walk through to the other side at points 07-08. You will find a boat landing point. Turn to the far right and then turn right again to return to the original beach. In fact, Rai Lay East and West are on the same side, next to each other, but there is a mountain in between, so we have to walk around.

Turning left leads to the Phra Nang Nai Cave.

To reach the Phra Nang Cave and beach, head to the right.

Looking back, when the tide was low, the walkway was easy to navigate.

As we walk, we will encounter groups of mountain climbers.

Continuing on, you will reach Railay East, located in front of Phra Nang Cave, which is bustling with people from early morning.

The Phra Nang Cave houses the Phra Nang Shrine, where sailors pay their respects before embarking on voyages. It is also a popular destination for people seeking blessings to fulfill their wishes. The offerings made to the shrine include wooden phalluses, which are prominently displayed around the site.

This location is also a popular spot for mountain climbers.

Beautiful morning sea

Upon returning, we walked back to board the boat at Railay West as usual. We arrived with the same boat operator. Once the boat returned and docked, we were able to contact the boat driver directly.

In reality, just taking a boat ride allows you to enjoy the beautiful scenery.

In Krabi, there are two Kokotel branches: Ao Nang and Oasis in Khlong Haeng. There is a shuttle service between the two branches, and you can get off at any point along the way. You can also take a ride to enjoy the view. The shuttle schedule is available at the hotel. I took the opportunity to visit the Ao Nang branch, which also has a cafe on the ground floor.

This branch has a very cute cafe.
