Hi Everyone,

Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok Hotel has co-operated with Amborse Wine Limited in building up special wine dinner by inviting Chef Jeff Mosher, who is the professional chef at the global reputed winery of Robert Mondavi. He had self-cooked for 6 main dishes menu to be mellowed with superb wines from Robert Mondavi winery.

Aromatic flavor with fresh crab meat and the flavor of fennel. Fantatic

This white wine comes with a little soft smell and a mild little bitter.

'Curried Chicken, Apple, and Almond Spring Roll'
Feel a mood like Vietnamese spring rolls, but has a very distinctive flavor of spice strange.

'2011 Robert Mondavi Winery Napa valley Chardonnay '

Fresh scent with a little sour. Easy to sip it. I love this one.

'Slow Cooked Pork Belly with Eggplant, Rice Noodles Ginger Scallion Sauce'

Stewed soft pork but not mushy. Distinctive aroma and flavors of Chinese food.

Smell like an isolation to a new world.

Mushroom aroma is very nice. Extra flavor and texture with bread and bacon fragrance.

Soft, non-sticky texture meat. Add sweet and tasty taste with bread.

Mellow flavor fairly and easy to drink.

'Seared Spice Crusted Tuna with Black Rice, Shitakes Red Wine Vinaigrette'

Characterized by a crispy from rice. And spice crusted tuna with a little sour is so perfect.

'2010 Robert Mondavi Winery Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve'
Color, flavor and aroma tastes of a magical dimension of red wine. I love it.

The Atmosphere was so bustle and lively. Service was very excellent. Butlers always kept the things clean. All foods were cooked in the feeling of Canapés in Asian styles. I privately talked to chefs to understand that this chef personally likes Asian foods which the one reason to be able to create his achievements in the feel of Asian and semi-western style very well. Food and drink are stop-less fill up to service all guests.
