Bana Hills, a popular tourist attraction, is located in Vietnam. This small town on top of a hill is about 38 km away from downtown Da Nang. Bana Hills was built in European style, similar to French. On the top is a village, flower garden, amusement park, temple, hotel, including a newly built scenic bridge which has quickly became a landmark. To reach the top, we must take the longest single sling cable car. Since transportation nowadays becomes more convenient, this place becomes quickly popular. But to enjoy the most, we should stay at least one night at Bana Hills and I would actually like to recommend 2 nights. To travel here, I call a cab from downtown Da Nang via Grab application and we can clearly see the ride fare.

Mercure Bana Hills French Village is the only hotel on Bana Hills. I book it via Traveloka. The family room for 4 people is 6,000 THB. The advantage of staying up here is that we get a discounted price on the cable care as well. From the regular price at 650,000 VND, we got it for 400,000 VND. There's also a promotional event for family room type while we were visiting this place. It is a buy one get one free ticket for the cable ride. In total, we only get to pay for 4 people, it's so worthy. The cable car up to the hotel is separated from the normal ride. There's a staff to advice and we can pay for the cable car here. If you are ready, let's go for a ride.

This cable car is the longest one in the world. On the way, you will see beautiful and rich natural scenery. Some time, you will also see the waterfall on the top of the mountain too.

It takes about 20 minutes to reach the top of the hill.

Once coming out from the cable car station, we will see the hotel lobby.

Then, we check in, go to the other building for our room, leave our luggage there and now we are ready to explore outside.

Here is the swimming pool of the hotel where the guests can come to enjoy.

This fairy tale city have many activities and beautiful places as well as a lot of people.

Also numerous restaurants

Now, let's go check out the landmark of Bana Hills.

We need to take a cable car down to another stop.

It takes only 5 minutes.

This landmark is the Golden Hands Bridge.

Golden Hands is an arch bridge over the Bana Hills valley where two gigantic hands are holding the golden bridge. It was just opened for tourists to visit last year.

What you will find is a massive crowd and chill wind while walking on the bridge.

Below the Golden Hands Bridge is a European style flower garden.

After that, we are going up to the French Village.

Another highlight here is the Sun World Bana Hills amusement park which is located on the basement of where we stand now.

All of these rides down here are free except dolls catcher machines.

Drop and Twist Tower is the highlight ride. It is quite fun and not that thrilling.

There're also bumper cars and many more other rides.

We enjoy the ride so much that it's already dark by the time we come out.

In the evening, only those who stay up here are left. We can enjoy the dinner at our hotel or at the Beer Plaza.

The second morning is filled with thick fog.

The church is under renovation.

Today we are going to ride the Alpine Coaster which is very high and long. You can either ride alone or with another person.

We are not allowed take photo while riding it. But the park would do it for us, each photo is 3 USD. We can also download a photo file from the website, I think it has beautiful angle.

After that, we go wandering around the French Village.

With many beautiful angles

Just like we are in Europe.

Before continue on, we go back to check out and leave our luggage at the hotel.

Then, we continue our walk. There're so many angles to take photos but after walking for a while, we have to leave. I think when I come back again, I will stay 2 nights to enjoy more of this place. 2 days and 1 night simply is not enough.

Thank you so much for reading until this line.
