Many people may be looking for activities to do with their families on weekends, such as going on short trips, watching movies, listening to music, or cooking together. But if anyone is too lazy to cook, I have a great restaurant for your special lunch with Sparkling Sunday Brunch at Scalini, an Italian-style restaurant in the Hilton Sukhumvit Hotel.
Getting to the hotel is easy. The Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok Hotel is located on Sukhumvit Soi 24. If you don't want to deal with the traffic, you can take the BTS Skytrain to Phrom Phong Station.
Then walk into Sukhumvit Soi 24 and walk for about 5 minutes. You will arrive at Scalini Restaurant, which is located on the 2nd floor. You can choose to take the elevator or walk up the spiral staircase. If you walk up the stairs, you will find the restaurant right away.
Upon reaching the second floor, you will be greeted by an open kitchen where you can watch the chefs prepare your meal.
The interior of the restaurant is decorated in dark brown tones.
For those who like an open space, I recommend this corner. It overlooks a green area, which is very pleasing to the eye.
The Buffet Line is located right next to the front kitchen.
The highlight of this place would be this corner with fresh seafood.
The menu features Lobster, Alaskan king crab, sea crab, shrimp, and oysters. There will be chefs shucking oysters fresh for you.
This corner offers a variety of cheeses, as well as cold cuts and bread.
There is also a small corner for Japanese food.
There are both sushi and sashimi.

I didn't try anything in this corner. I saved my stomach for the seafood corner.
At the seafood corner, we can choose the type of seafood we want to eat and then have the chef cook it for us. I chose to have the chef grill it only, which was a huge mistake. I didn't get to try the Lobster Thermidor or the Lobster Garlic & Butter at all. By the time I realized it, I was already too full to eat anymore.
For some seafood that has been steamed, such as lobster and Alaskan king crab claws, grilling them will make the meat quite firm and chewy. I have had fresh grilled lobster, and I think the meat is softer and sweeter.
The lobsters here are constantly refilled. Even if they haven't been added to the line yet, you can still order the shrimp.
In addition to the buffet line, we can also order 9 additional dishes. As for which menu is delicious, you can order 2-3 more dishes without anyone saying anything.
Starting with the "Egg Benedict", served on a round, halved bread, similar to a hamburger bun. One half is spinach, the other is smoked salmon. This dish really filled me up.
" Porcini Cappuccino" A rich and creamy Porcini mushroom soup, served with bread. It was delicious, and I finished every last drop.
"Foie Gras Tasting" Foie gras served on crispy bread, garnished with strawberries. Normally, I'm not a big fan of liver, but when I tried it, I finished the whole piece without realizing it. The crispness of the bread, paired with the soft liver that had the flavor of strawberries, was an indescribable combination. The sauce that was served with it wasn't even necessary.
" Spaghetti Alla Chitarra" Boston lobster spaghetti, not too greasy, but it also cut my power a lot.
" Lobster Risotto" Lobster Bisque soup with Risotto. This dish didn't suit my taste. The texture of the rice was mushy and rubbery, which is a characteristic of this type of rice, but I guess it's just not for me.
" Oyster Rockefeller" Baked oysters with herbs, butter sauce, and breadcrumbs. Delicious or not, I don't know, but I ordered it twice.
" Sautéed Black Mussels" Black mussels sautéed in white wine, tender, sweet, and fresh. I paired it with seafood dipping sauce. This dish disappeared quickly, so I ordered 2 rounds of it.
" Tournedos Rossini" is a steak dish served with Foie Gras and topped with a rich cream sauce. The meat is cooked to a perfect medium-rare, making it tender and juicy.
And the last menu is " Slow Cooked Beef Short Ribs", the lamb is also tender, juicy with sauce, served with thick cream sauce.
After the main course, we have dessert. Desserts and fruit juices are available in the refrigerator.
" Chocolate Crispy" is similar to a chocolate-filled cookie, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
" Savarin, Caramelized apple, Vanilla Cream" is similar to roti, served with caramelized apple and vanilla cream. I think the dough is a bit hard.
" Dark Chocolate Avocado Cream Brule" is delicious.
" Milk Chocolate Orange" At first I thought it was ice cream, but it was actually chocolate cream. Eaten with oranges, the taste is very smooth.
" Giant Macaroon"
" Avocado Dark Chocolate Cream Brule, Cocoa Crumble, Avocado Salsa" I don't think this one is good. The bread is thick and rough, kind of like a donut you'd find at the market. But the sauce is delicious.
" Panna Cotta" is similar to yogurt, served with crispy pastry on top. It was delicious. I had two cups.
This one is also delicious. I don't know the name, but it's similar to mousse cake. It's served with bananas.
Overall, I think the food might be a bit small, but the quality of the food is very good. The seafood is fresh and you can choose to have the chef cook it to your liking. In addition to the food in the buffet line, there are also menus that you can order from.
The Sunday Brunch at Scalini Restaurant is available on Sundays from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM.
The service fee is divided into 3 prices:
