Hello everyone, this is our second post. Our first post was a review of Saiyok View Raft in Kanchanaburi, a 2-day, 1-night trip that's not too far from Bangkok. If you're interested, you can check it out here: http://pantip.com/topic/33766876
For this post, if there are any mistakes, please forgive us.
This trip was from Friday, January 8th to Sunday, January 10th, 2016, for a total of 3 days and 2 nights.
The location is still the same province, Kanchanaburi.
Accommodation
We stayed at Coffee Berry Sangklaburi, which costs 800 baht per night. It is located about 300-400 meters from the Mon Bridge. They also offer free bicycle rentals. Contact information:

Travel
There are many ways to get here: by train, van, and bus.
- We traveled by Happy van. The van queue is located at BTS Victory Monument, next to the Suzuki car showroom. The price is 120 baht. We left at 9:30 am and arrived in Kanchanaburi at around 11:45 am. Then we took a bus from Kanchanaburi to Sangkhla Buri. We chose the bus from the Bus Terminal of Thailand (BoT). The price was around 150 baht. We arrived in Sangkhla Buri at around 5 pm.
- Or you can take a bus from Mo Chit 2 Bus Terminal. The bus will stop at the market in Sangkhla Buri before going to the Three Pagodas Pass.
There are two buses: 6:00 am and 9:30 am. I asked the bus station in Kanchanaburi about this.
(This method is much more convenient. I just found out when I arrived in Kanchanaburi that there was a bus. 555+)

This is the bus schedule of the Transport Co., Ltd. (taken from Sangkhla Buri bus station) The bus station is located right at the market.

This is a photo of a bus from the Transport Co. Ltd. of Thailand. It was taken after I got off at Sangkhla Buri. The bus is parked at the market.
Inside the car, it's very comfortable. But it will arrive later than the van. 555+
Return trip
- On the way back, we woke up and returned to the bus station. We didn't make it to Bangkok in time for the last round at 9.30 am. So we had to take a van for 175 baht each.
We went down to Kanchanaburi and then took a bus from Kanchanaburi to Bangkok for another 120 baht. I'm so tired T.T
Day 1
As we arrived in Sangkhla Buri at around 5 pm, we decided not to rent a motorbike yet. We wasted time on the journey today because we planned it wrong ourselves. 5555555+ So we took a motorbike taxi from the market where we got off the bus to our accommodation for 20 baht. After we put our things away, we borrowed a bicycle from the accommodation and cycled to the Mon Bridge.

Walkway
I cycled to the Mon Bridge and got 1 picture.
After that, we put our bikes away and walked to the market. Since it wasn't far, we went back to our accommodation after eating.
Our easy-peasy dinner.
**Day 2**
We rented a motorbike and drove to various important places, starting with the Mon Bridge.
1. Mon Bridge
Below the raft area (this area will have boats for rent to visit the underwater temple)
Below the Mon Bridge (in this area there will be a boat rental to visit the underwater temple)
This angle is a must, otherwise you won't make it to Sankhla.
Crossing the bridge, you will find a market with a wide variety of goods, including food, clothing, and boat rentals for visiting the temple.
2. Boat trip to see the underwater temple, the city of the underworld
The set of clothes for worshiping Buddha is sold for 10 baht per set.

The second temple, the path is quite steep, so I'm tired 55+
When you reach the top, you will find the back side. There will be a sign telling you to enter from the front.
We have arrived. This is the entrance area.
Interior
Let's pay respect to the Buddha and pray for good things to come.
This is the 3rd temple that is still submerged. The boatman told us that we came during high tide, so we could only visit 2 temples.
3. Wat Wang Wiwekaram, also known as "Wat Luang Pho Uttama"
After getting off the boat from visiting the underwater temple, we rode a motorbike to Wat Wang Wiwekaram. On the way to the temple, we stopped to take pictures of the Mon Bridge from afar.
The road to the temple is constantly busy with traffic, making it quite dangerous.

4. Mahabodhi Temple
There are many things to sell in front of the Mahabodhi Temple. There are clothes, food, souvenirs. This picture is in front of the temple.
Please walk inside.
5. Kaf Kafe' Coffee Shop
This shop will be located near the Haiku Guesthouse.
6. Sangkhla Buri Walking Street
The walking street is located right next to the market, so it's easy to find. There are plenty of food, clothes, and shows. We didn't capture the whole atmosphere because we were too busy eating. Hehe >.< The Burmese pork dipping restaurant was very crowded.
This fried chicken shop is sooooooo delicious. Eating it hot is so good.
Day 3
On the 3rd day, we didn't do much. We woke up, took a shower, packed our things, and went to eat. Then we went to the Mon Bridge again before heading back. We intended to buy postcards and write on them, taking turns with the people we were with. >< This picture is a postcard I got after returning to Bangkok 3-4 days later. The girl drew a cute picture. 55555+
Then I packed my things and took the bus back to Bangkok.
- Sangkhlaburi has been on our list of places to visit for a long time, and we were not disappointed when we finally made it there. The weather was perfect, with a nice chill in the air. The only tiring part was the journey, which was quite long. We wish we could have stayed for a week to make the trip worthwhile. 55+
- What we missed was waking up to offer food to the monks. It felt like we didn't even make it to Sangkhla Buri at all, haha! And another place we didn't get to visit was the Three Pagodas Pass. If we have the chance to come back, I promise we'll wake up for it!!
Estimated total expenses for the entire trip
Food and other expenses depend directly on our spending ^^
