"I want to take a train to travel"
This thought popped up while I was on my last night shift of my internship.
Then I thought, where should I go? I don't have much money and only 2 days.
But in my heart, I really want to travel!
At first, I planned to go to Chiang Mai, but my respected friend said,
"You'll be sitting until your butt is sore and you still won't reach Chiang Mai. It's like you have a long vacation."
The idea of living a chic, slow life in Chiang Mai was therefore put away.
While I was searching for tourist attractions, I asked in a Facebook group and on my own Facebook page.
Plus, I asked Google and found out that Kanchanaburi is interesting.
Because I live in Ban Pong, going to Kanchanaburi won't take too long.
When I decided to go, a well-meaning friend messaged me and said, "The train to Kanchanaburi is closed for repairs." Oh, there are so many obstacles! Where should I go?
Another respected friend messaged me and said, "Let's go to Kaeng Krachan. My boyfriend invited us." Um, I want to go.
But are you going to take me as a third wheel? You're going with 2 couples. I'm single, I won't!
In the end, I lost to her sweet talk and had to tag along.
I was going to take the train, but I didn't get to because I didn't pack my things in time.

11 AM Bad luck strikes
I was all set to go, but I ended up leaving my tripod at the dorm and forgot to bring it with me.
I was really looking forward to taking pictures of the sunset and the sea of fog, but I forgot it!!!

3 PM Free time
When I got to the accommodation, I put my things away and got ready to take some pictures at the dam.
But as soon as I grabbed my camera,

4 PM Why is it raining???
Suddenly, it started raining heavily and non-stop. The sunset I had planned for disappeared before my eyes.
I could only think, "What am I doing in Kaeng Krachan during the rainy season?" T_T

6 PM The rain has stopped.

The rain started to subside, so my friends and I drove to the dam. We imagined that we were following in the footsteps of the little things called love.

A beautiful suspension bridge with a full lake...

I'm about to cry. There's no water lately, the sky is gloomy, the light isn't pretty, and the bridge is blocked. Damn it!!

9 PM Sleep!!

Back at the accommodation, we ordered food and took a shower to prepare for bed.

4 AM The sun didn't come up.
We had planned to wake up and watch the sunrise with the sea of fog on the top of Pha Nen Thung Mountain.
But it rained heavily. We had a little hope that it might stop at 5 am.
So we took a shower and got dressed. We waited and waited until 8 am, but it still didn't stop. We were about to cry, but we could only sit and watch the rain fall.
Then we went to eat.

12 AM Uncle Goh's house
After we finished eating, we packed our things and prepared to go whitewater rafting. The owner of the accommodation recommended that we go to Uncle Goh's house.
When we arrived, the rain had stopped and the sun was starting to come out. The air was clear.
But we didn't play in the water because we were worried about the camera. So we just took pictures for our friends.

And then walk along the bank, climb up the bridge, I want to walk into the forest and go up the mountain 555

There was a water slide here, and my friends said it was really fast, but I forgot to take a picture of it.

We played in the water until around 2 pm, then showered and changed our clothes to get ready to go home.

2 PM Goodbye Kaeng Krachan

And then we started our journey back. Another group of friends went to Hua Hin to continue their trip, but we had an appointment to take pictures at the Central Post Office with a friend, so we had to separate.

This trip, we took very few photos. Normally, if I go alone, I can take photos wherever I want, but when I go in a group, due to time constraints and other factors, I don't get to take many photos.

However, what's different from going alone is that we have friends, we don't have to sleep alone, we don't have to eat alone, so it's even more fun than going alone. This trip, I'll take my leave with this picture (alone is so sad 555)
