Hello again with Mr.Napat. Today, we will take you to get to know U Inchantree Hotel, Kanchanaburi.
Many people may wonder why it is named U Inchantree. It is because within the resort, there are large In and Chan trees.
Planted side by side until they are intertwined as if they were one tree in the end, which is the unique characteristic of this place.

SR Accommodation, dinner
Taking a break here is like restarting my body to come back to life after having to work shifts of 8-16 hours a day for several days in a row. It made my body start to feel tired and I needed a real break to sleep in. The atmosphere is quiet, peaceful, and there is convenient access to food. It's not far to travel, and as I mentioned, U In Jantree has the qualities I'm looking for. Come along and see if we get what we want?
Starting the journey
1. Minivan from Sai Tai Mai, Victory Monument or Mo Chit (whichever is convenient for you). The minivan will take approximately 2 hours.
The fare is 120 baht per person. Once you arrive at the minivan station, you can take a motorbike taxi to the hotel. The hotel is located near the Loft restaurant.
2. The train departs from Thon Buri Railway Station at 7:45 AM and arrives at Saphan Kwai Yai Station around 11:00 AM. This is the best time to travel as it allows you to reach your hotel before nightfall and have ample time to relax. Disembark at Saphan Kwai Yai Station and walk approximately 400 meters to your hotel, passing by Krua Thara Kiri and Loft restaurants.
3. By private car, take the Borommaratchachonnani-Nakhon Pathom-Ratchaburi-Kanchanaburi route, which takes about 2 hours. It is recommended to leave early in the morning.
If you leave late, there may be traffic jams. You will have to drive through the city center of each province, so you must be very careful when driving. There are many red lights and U-turns.
Drive to the bridge over the River Kwai, past Thara Kiri Restaurant. The hotel will be on your left.
I left around 8 am and arrived in Kanchanaburi around 10 am. I stopped by to try the beef noodles at Go Lek.
This restaurant was recommended by a friend who said it was delicious. When I tried it, I have to say, the taste was delicious. Spicy, sour, sweet, seasoned to perfection. I didn't have to add anything else.
I highly recommend this restaurant. If you like to eat beef, stop by and try it. I guarantee you'll love it.
After finishing the noodles, it was almost noon. Let's drive to the hotel to check in.
You can inform the hotel of your desired check-in time. The advantage of U Hotels & Resorts
is that guests can stay for a full 24 hours. If you check in at 2 pm, you can check out at 2 pm the next day.
The resort has ample parking for guests, as it only has 26 rooms, making it a small resort with a large area.
During check-in, the staff will allow you to choose a soap scent. There are 4 scents to choose from: lemongrass, jasmine, orchid, and bamboo. I chose lemongrass.
There are no welcome drinks in the lobby. They are in the refrigerator. We can choose one drink per person from the refrigerator.
The room size is not very large, but it is enough to do daily activities comfortably. The bed is large and soft, and I slept very comfortably. There are 6 pillows to support you.
The balcony and bathroom are a good size for the room. Toiletries are provided.
After packing and exploring the room, let's go for a walk around the resort.
Walking to the first waterfront, there is a Thai pavilion on the right and a swimming pool on the left.
I wouldn't be able to sleep in the Thai pavilion right now. It's too hot, especially around noon. But in the evening, it's perfect for lying down and watching the sunset.
The swimming pool is located next to the breakfast room. The black swimming pool stretches parallel to the banks of the Kwai River. With shade from the coconut trees, it's recommended to come and play in the late afternoon.
In front of the Thai pavilion, there is a bar called The Terrace. It's a comfortable bar where you can enjoy dinner and watch the sunset with a view of the river bend. I must say, don't miss this spot. It's amazing!
It's so hot right now. Let's go out and get some cold desserts and drinks.
Library Cafe is not far from the resort. It takes about 5 minutes by car to get to the shop.
The interior of the restaurant is spacious and comfortable, with ample seating. The restaurant is divided into two zones.
The bakery zone and alcoholic beverage bar, and the library. Inside, there are enough books to choose from.
I understand why there are books to read, because the dessert menu takes quite a while.
The drinks we ordered were a strawberry Italian soda and a coffee. We also had a blueberry pancake. The total cost was 290 baht, which is very cheap compared to Bangkok.
The prices were reasonable and the food was delicious. The portions were also very large.
After relaxing for a while, when the sun was less intense and the wind had died down, we decided to take a walk across the River Kwai Bridge. If you're visiting Kanchanaburi, don't miss this iconic landmark.
It takes no more than 5 minutes from the shop to the bridge. The weather around the bridge is very hot, but while walking across the bridge, the wind is cool and comfortable.
I would like to tell you to watch the time the train passes by. You will be able to take pictures of the train and the bridge, which is a must-see.
Upon arrival, I saw the Goddess of Mercy on the opposite side. I decided to walk over and pay my respects to her, hoping to bring myself good luck and fortune.
After spending some time at the temple, it was time to head back. Our stomachs were starting to rumble, so we decided to grab something to eat at the resort. The atmosphere at the terrace was so inviting, perfect for soaking in the sunset while enjoying a delicious meal. It was pure bliss.
The dishes I ordered today were salmon steak, river prawn steak, spaghetti carbonara, and sticky rice with mango and Indian ice cream.
The food is very affordable. I am satisfied with the price and taste. My favorite is the salmon steak, the meat is very firm.
To be honest, the atmosphere makes the food taste much better. Sitting and watching the sunset, watching the boats sail by, it slows my life down a lot. From having to race against time all the time, when I come here, it seems like everything slows down. I have time to relax and have time for myself to the fullest.
I've been sitting at The Terrace until 8 pm. I'm starting to feel sleepy, so I'm going to head up and take a shower and go to bed.
I set my alarm for 5:30 am, but I didn't wake up. The bed was so comfortable that I didn't want to get up. I was also feeling tired from work. So I slept in and didn't wake up until 8:00 am. I quickly showered, packed my things, and went to breakfast and checked out. I had checked in at 10:00 am.
The atmosphere in the morning is relaxed and unhurried. Breakfast is a salad bar, 2-3 dishes, fruits, and bakery. The main course must be ordered from the menu.
I ordered shrimp porridge, which was delicious. I recommend it. I didn't order any other dishes because I was already full.
Shrimp porridge, simple in appearance but extraordinary in taste.
After eating for a while, I looked at my watch and saw that it was almost 10 o'clock. I decided to check out. On the way, we took some last photos together.
See you again, U Inchantree. I will come back to restart when I have the chance.
Let's talk about the final chapter that many people will pay attention to, which is the things they like and the things they don't like.
I like it. That's right.
The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxation. It is conveniently located near tourist attractions and places to eat throughout the day.
The bed is soft and I slept very comfortably. The food was delicious, especially the fish steak and shrimp porridge. The sunset view is breathtaking.
The resort is surrounded by greenery and is located next to the River Kwai. The service is excellent, attentive and provides good information about the area.
And you can check in and out at any time.
Things that are not very pleasing
The room is a bit small compared to the size of the resort. At night, there are a lot of insects and mosquitoes.
But I understand that it is located by the river and there are many trees.
In conclusion,
U Inchantree Kanchanaburi is perfect for those who want a real relaxation, come to sleep and play water, eat and walk around chill.
Not focusing on doing many activities. For those who are interested in activities, there are also boat trips, spa, fitness. But in the end, I think this place is still suitable for people who work hard and want to relax or restart their body to come back to life like me. After staying here for 1 night, it was so different from 1 night in a hotel room in Bangkok.
It must be because of the air and atmosphere that made me feel that I was fully satisfied with this relaxation.
I recommend U Inchantree Kanchanaburi if you want to relax and have time for yourself.
Thank you all for visiting. ...
