Tsubame Shinkansen train

It is a high-speed train shinkansen series 800 launched in 2004.

Runs intercity service between hakata (fukuoka) and Kumamoto city.

Because it's a short run between Hakata and Kumamoto.

And it also stops at every station.

Most Thai tourists prefer to take the Sakura train because it runs across multiple cities at once, without stopping at every station.

But it's really worth a try to sit down.

Because Thai tourists who hold JR PASS, ALL Kyushu PASS, North Kyushu PASS

You can already take this train for free.

This vehicle is a very charming vehicle.
It is designed with attention to detail in every aspect.
I will take you inside to see it.

The logo of the procession is a swallow.

The beeping sound means the bus is about to leave. Please get on board and take a seat inside the bus.

I feel like it's not like the other Shinkansen trains I've been on.

It's not just a vehicle.

But it has a design that has a Japanese atmosphere.

Even the public telephone booth space is very Japanese.

Seats and interior of the car

Designed by Eiji Mitooka, a renowned train designer with a portfolio of exceptional works. His philosophy extends beyond simply transporting people.

While still incorporating the full identity of the Kyushu region, it also emphasizes local materials, making it comfortable to sit on.

The seats are made of wood, using materials such as maple and Japanese pear wood, which are abundant in the Kyushu region.

The train is lined with locally produced fabrics and decorated with Kyushu-style patterned fabrics throughout the train.

Seats that are not crowded, with armrests, only for individuals.

This train only has Standard seats. There are no Green car seats or special seats available.

Because the whole car is already a special seat.

Each carriage in the train is decorated with different patterns.

The sunshade is made of bamboo, not a fabric curtain like in regular trains.

Oh my god!

The decorations in each cabinet will vary.

Some cabinets are painted, some are carved, no two are alike.

Let's take a look at the bathroom in the car.

There is a place to change baby's diapers.

and assistive devices for people with disabilities and wheelchair users.

And I just found out that in the last compartment, at the end of the train

There will be an area for children to play as train drivers. It's a pity that if I had known earlier, I would have gone to take a picture.

I'd like to end the thread here.

Taking a ride on this train

This shows that this Japanese train

It's not just a vehicle that only meets transportation needs.

It's not just about convenience.

It's beyond the basic need.

It has become a vehicle that includes design

Infuse it with local pride, and a great deal of honor.

This train is the Tsubame 800 series.

I'm about to cry after finishing writing this.

How many more years will it take for Thailand's trains to develop to this level?

You don't have to be as big as them, with a lot of design and prestige.

Just meet the basic needs of transportation.

Just be safe, don't derail, be on time, and don't smell like pee.

No one came to be lewd in the car. It was clean and tidy. There were no bed bugs in the sleeping car.

I'm satisfied with that.

This concludes my review. Thank you to everyone who read it.
