After searching for a restaurant for a while, I started to run out of ideas. I've been to that restaurant, I've been to this restaurant, so I wanted to try a new one. And as expected, I found a restaurant called "Head Fish Hotpot Chiang Mai Land". But in my heart, I thought, "This restaurant must be expensive." I used to drive past it often, and it was almost always full. But hey, it's Family Day, so what are we waiting for? Let's go!!!

This restaurant boasts an extensive menu, featuring a wide array of Thai, Chinese, and seafood dishes. Each dish is meticulously prepared using high-quality ingredients, hand-selected by the owner to ensure freshness and safety. Remarkably, the prices are surprisingly affordable, making this establishment an ideal choice for family dining.

Now, let's embark on a culinary journey as we explore the 5 most popular dishes served here.

The first menu is called ' Steamed Sea Bass with Lime '.

The taste of the food is considered to be restaurant level. It is fragrant, the fish is large, the meat is firm and just right, the taste is complete. For this dish, it costs 390 baht.


The second menu is called 'Stir-fried rice with kale and salted fish'.

The taste of the food is very good. The rice is fragrant. The kale is not hard, not smelly green, not smelly salted fish. And most importantly, the salted fish is not too salty for this dish. It costs 180 baht.


For the third menu, it's called 'Soft Shell Crab with Garlic'.

The taste of the food is not too thick, with a crispy texture mixed with the softness of the crab meat inside. If you pour seafood dipping sauce on it, it's really delicious for this dish. It costs 350 baht.


For the fourth menu, it's called ' Spicy Sea Bass Salad '.

The taste is complete. The fish is very fragrant and tender. As for the bones, you hardly ever see them. The vegetables are clean, not bitter, not green. For this dish, it's 250 baht.


For the last menu, it is called ' Peking Duck '.

For this menu, we can choose what we want the restaurant to do with the duck meat ( stir-fried duck with black pepper, duck salad, duck with vegetables, and fried duck with garlic and pepper ). For this dish, it is priced at 800 baht, which is considered very good value.

The duck skin is very fragrant, crispy and delicious. To eat it, simply place the pancake on your hand, followed by the duck skin and fresh vegetables. Drizzle with sauce, roll up the pancake, and enjoy!
