This is a popular question: Where will you travel to this rainy season? As for us, we definitely have to choose a place with trees, green mountains, and good weather. Today, we're going to share a short trip we took to "Khao Ngo, oops, Khao Kho" to give you some ideas or inspiration to go out and explore.

Let's start by looking at the places we want to visit. Here's a rough list of the main ones: 1) Eat grilled chicken at Wichit Buri (food comes first, haha), 2) Eat colorful fresh rice noodles (I didn't get to eat them last time, so I can't miss them this time), 3) See the sea of mist, 4) See the Khao Kho wind turbine, 5) Find a cute cafe with a beautiful view to relax in, 6) Find a cute accommodation surrounded by nature, 7) Find fun activities to do. Okay, let's stop with the cravings and start looking for accommodation and planning our trip.

#First day

We left Bangkok in the late morning and headed to Khao Kho, aiming for a resort that we had heard met all our basic needs. This resort was "Phukaew Adventure Resort," a place with plenty of trees and shade, a variety of accommodations, and the largest adventure resort in Khao Kho. Room rates start at 2,200 baht for two people, and can accommodate families or even companies for seminars, with a capacity of up to 200 people. The resort also has an adventure zone for guests and visitors who want to play without staying overnight. The activities include:

1. Rope Challenge Adventure 5 Rope Bases (Price 250 per person)

15. Tower Jump 50-foot high jump (price 300 per person)

16.Aqua Bike Water bike (Price 200 per person)

There are a wide variety of activities to choose from.

We continued our journey for about 4-5 hours by private car. The route is not difficult, just search on Google Maps.

On the way, we stopped by to eat grilled chicken at Wichit Buri, which was delicious. After eating, we drove to our accommodation. After checking in, we explored and asked about the resort to see if there were any interesting areas or zones, as the resort is quite large. After that, we headed to the "wind turbine". The journey to this zone was easy to walk, as it was uphill but not too steep. For today, this was the spot to sit and admire the view of the mountains and the wind turbine, watching the sun set. The atmosphere and the sky were beautiful. It was a spot where you didn't have to do much, just sit and enjoy the breeze and breathe in the fresh air, which was refreshing enough. After dark, we drove back to the accommodation, had dinner, and went to bed. We'll see what tomorrow brings.

#Day Two

I woke up very early today to go see the fog at Pino Latte. From this spot, you can see the mountains and Wat Pha Sorn Kaew, which is very beautiful. If there is fog, it makes it even more beautiful. This spot is considered a popular viewpoint. After waiting for the fog to come out, it didn't take long for it to appear, but there wasn't much of it today. After sitting and watching for a while, I went back to eat breakfast at the resort. Before entering the resort, I went to Route 12, which I saw many people visiting Khao Kho, so I decided to stop by and take some pictures. Then I went back to the resort and had breakfast. After that, I went for a walk to take pictures around the resort to help digest the food I had eaten.

After finishing taking photos in the accommodation zone, we went to the adventure zone. There are many fun activities here, as mentioned on the first day. For the activity that I personally like the most, "Mountain Speed Luge" is a modification of a car from a Hmong car. We can drive the car down from the mountain for a distance of about 800 meters. Each section of the road has both curves and straight lines, which is very fun for this activity. And another 3 activities that are fun and challenging are Giant Swing, Tower Jump 50 feet high, High Flying over the water. For the brutal, don't miss it. As for us, we'll just wait to take pictures of other people playing 555. After playing all the activities, we checked out of the resort and prepared to travel back home. On the way, we stopped to eat fresh rice noodles at "Khrua Mae Nu" restaurant, which is opposite "Story cup". After eating rice noodles, we crossed over to have a coffee at this shop 555. As for rice noodles, they are sold in sets. There are large and small sets. The price is 100 baht and 50 baht. There is curry.

With three dishes, green curry, jungle curry, and chili paste, a large set was enough to satisfy our hunger. After finishing our meal, we started our journey back. On the way back, we passed by another attractive coffee shop, "Moai @Khao Kho". The shop had a unique and eye-catching design, and the view from the balcony at the back was stunning, with lush green mountains. I'm sure there must be fog in the morning. After taking photos and ordering coffee, we continued our journey back to Bangkok.

The trip ended satisfactorily for us. We got to see the morning mist, watch the sunset at the Khao Kho wind turbine, eat delicious chicken and rice noodles, stay in the accommodation we wanted, and even have an activity zone to challenge our courage. We also stopped by several cozy cafes. It was more than worth it for a 2-day, 1-night trip. In addition to achieving our travel goals, we also got to enjoy the good atmosphere and fresh air, giving us the energy to work and fight against various problems. It was a trip that brought us both happiness and good health, just like the saying, "Sleeping in Khao Kho for 1 night, living another year." (If you have the time or opportunity, don't forget to come and visit!)
