2) Dressing for Yum Salad
**Du Dee Noodle Shop with Lime Recipe in Merlin Hotel Alley, Phuket**
**'Guay Teow Du Dee Dee'**, a legendary restaurant that has been around for over twenty years. Their signature dish is a spicy and flavorful noodle soup with a variety of toppings. Prices start at just 25 baht, making it a great value for money. If you're looking for a delicious and affordable meal, **'Guay Teow Du Dee Dee'** is the perfect place to go.

3) Hokkien Yellow Noodles
The Mi Sa-Pam Restaurant, run by Grandma Jea, is located in Ban Sa-Pam, Ko Kaeo.
Nestled on the road leading from the airport to Phuket Town, Mee Sapam is a long-standing establishment that has been serving authentic local cuisine for over 50 years. Named after the 'Ban Sapam' area, this restaurant is a must-visit for those seeking a taste of traditional Phuket dishes.
Must-try dishes at this restaurant:
- Hokkien yellow noodles with seafood: This dish features fresh seafood like shrimp, squid, chicken, and fish balls stir-fried with a flavorful sauce and topped with a runny poached egg.
- Loh bak: This dish consists of braised pork head and offal, deep-fried for a crispy texture, and served with a dipping sauce.
- O-tau: This is a refreshing drink made with palm sugar and coconut milk.
- Steamed minced pork with preserved egg: This savory dish features minced pork and preserved egg wrapped in banana leaves and steamed to perfection.

4) Stir-fried Rice Noodles with Assorted Toppings (Mi Sua)
Boonrat Gold Shop (Branch 3) Opposite Daorung Wittaya School, Chao Fah Tawan Tok Road
Another popular noodle dish is 'mee sua', a type of thin, round noodle smaller than regular mee. These soft noodles have been a staple of the Hokkien Chinese community in Phuket for many years. 'Mee sua soup' is a popular breakfast dish among Phuket locals.
Waking up this morning, the first thing on my mind was breakfast. Usually, I go for dim sum, also known as "siu mai," but this restaurant offers more than just delicious dim sum. I highly recommend the "mee sua moo with onsen egg," a warm bowl of comforting broth with smooth rice noodles and a perfectly cooked onsen egg. To complete the meal, I ordered a variety of large, flavorful dim sum to dip in the accompanying sauce.

It's topped with crispy shallots and chopped Chinese chives, and served with a side of pork bone broth that's simply 'divine'.
The food court offers a variety of local Phuket dishes, including **lobster** with all the trimmings, served with **taro** or **fried tofu**, or **keeyan**, made with minced pork, shrimp, crab, sweet potato, and taro. **Satay** and **Hokkien fresh spring rolls** are also available. 6) Yen Ta Fo
Anwan Restaurant, Sakdidet Road Soi 7 Intersection (near Daorung School)
...Still in Phuket, but taking a break to look for noodle menus. Let's change the atmosphere by going to eat Yen Ta Fo, Tom Yum at 'Anwa Restaurant', decorated in a red-black teahouse style, spacious with a variety of food menus. There is a Yen Ta Fo menu with meatballs that are considered good. Plus, spicy Mama noodles with full meatballs and finally, Singaporean chicken rice with firm meat.
Mmm! Looks delicious! 😋
