Hello everyone at Read me. Let me tell you that this is my first review. It all started because I personally love to visit natural tourist attractions, but I never had the chance to write a review or share my experience with anyone.

By chance, I came across the website Read Me, which is a platform for sharing firsthand travel experiences. Seeing so many people sharing their stories, I was inspired to try my hand at writing a review myself.

For this first review, I'll keep it brief. On this trip, I went with almost 10 friends, and after discussing with the team, we decided we wanted to visit a place with water.

Greetings! I'm from Surat Thani, the "City of Good People." Whether I live up to the city's name, well, you'll have to get to know me to find out! 555+

Continuing the conversation, when it comes to places with water, the first things that come to mind are probably the sea, waterfalls, and so on. After discussing with my friends in the group, we decided that none of these options were particularly interesting, as we had already visited them frequently. I then suggested that we try visiting a canal instead. However, this canal is not an ordinary one, as it is a crystal-clear canal.

Initially, my friends were skeptical about the prospect of finding anything interesting in a mere canal. I, however, encouraged them to embark on an exploratory adventure to discover its hidden treasures. Let's go!

Everything is confirmed with the team. Tomorrow is the travel day! I've captured some photos of the travel atmosphere for you to see.

The journey: We checked the location of Khlong Nam Sai and found that it takes about 45-50 minutes to travel from Surat Thani city (by car). The coordinates of Khlong Nam Sai are: Moo 5, Tham Sing Khon Subdistrict, Kiri Rat Nikhom District, Surat Thani Province. Although the coordinates are relatively far from Surat Thani city, it is not too far.

Starting from Surat Thani city, follow the signs for Phunphin (Phunphin is a district in Surat Thani province). Continue driving until you reach the 3-way intersection called Km. 0. Turn left at the intersection and continue straight.

After turning left from the intersection at Km 0, continue driving for a while until you reach a four-way intersection as shown in the picture above. You can be sure that you are on the right path. Then, proceed straight ahead.

As you drive further, you'll be increasingly immersed in nature. Everything feels serene, comfortable, and incredibly relaxing. For nature lovers, this trip will be an absolute delight.

It's even better if you go with friends or loved ones. Oh, it's so much fun! The atmosphere is so lively and cheerful. 555+


Continue driving and you will see the entrance to Khlong Nam Sai with a large sign. Follow the sign and drive into the alley.

Continue driving straight into the alley. You will soon see a large milestone on your left that reads "Khlong Nam Sai". Turn left into the alley after seeing the milestone. You are on the right track!

Following the signs, you will arrive at the Crystal Lagoon. We arrived at 3:00 PM, just after the rain had stopped. It was October, which is the rainy season here.

A parking fee of 20 baht will be charged if you bring your car.

There is also a 10 baht entrance fee for the maintenance of the site.

After paying the entrance fee, walk into the pavilion. The entrance looks shady and pleasant.

And then you will find a sign for checking in and taking pictures, which says that you have arrived at Khlong Nam Sai.

This tourist attraction features a walkway that runs alongside the canal, offering a convenient and enjoyable way to explore the area.

As expected, we encountered a crystal-clear canal. It had just stopped raining when we arrived. In other canals, the water would have been murky, but not here. The water was surprisingly clear, which impressed us greatly. (We thought we were going to waste our trip, haha!)

The moment we arrived, we couldn't resist jumping into the water. The canal's depth varies across different zones, clearly marked by signs. The shallow areas cater to children, while deeper sections exceeding 2 meters accommodate adults and those seeking a full swim.

In addition, you will encounter playful four-legged friends who are eager to interact with you. Judging by the happy expressions on their faces, it seems they are delighted to meet tourists.

If you're feeling peckish, fear not! There are plenty of delicious restaurants lining the path to satisfy your hunger. Let me tell you, the food is absolutely amazing! Just thinking about it makes my mouth water.

There are places to relax and enjoy the atmosphere, surrounded by lush nature. I think it would be amazing to visit during the hot season. 555+

And then it was time to go back. I think it was a very worthwhile trip because it wasn't too far, the food was inexpensive and delicious, and the atmosphere was great. I would like to invite my fellow Read me readers who have read this review to try and experience this place for themselves: "Khlong Nam Sai" in Tham Sing Khon District, Surat Thani Province. You might be lucky enough to visit during the dry season instead of the rainy season like us, which will make your experience even more enjoyable. Even though we went during the rainy season, we still had an amazing time. 555+

I believe that if I have the opportunity, I will return here again. I think that next summer, this place will be the first destination for us to visit again. It may also be the first destination for my friends at Read me. 555+
