Looking at the pictures, I can't help but reminisce about the beautiful scenery, white sand, crystal-clear water, and amazing photos.

…… Koh Tachai ……

This trip was in April 2016, during Songkran.
I bought a one-day trip package, which cost around 2600-2800 baht.
This included food, snorkeling gear, and transportation.

We used the services of "Check-in Andaman" and boarded the boat at Thap Lamu Pier.
Upon arrival, they offered tea, coffee, and snorkeling equipment.

Traveling to Koh Tachai by Speed Boat

Koh Tachai, located at the northernmost tip of the Similan Islands National Park, is accessible only by day trips. The most beautiful time to visit is between February and April. After that, the island is closed for six months to allow nature to recover.

There are no accommodations or food available on Koh Tachai. The only amenities are separate restrooms for men and women.

The journey to the island takes about an hour and a half. The sea water is a stunning turquoise color.

Fine white sand beach

Crystal-clear blue seawater

The island offers hiking trails to observe the robber crabs, scenic viewpoints, and picturesque photo opportunities.

Picturesque views, white sand, crystal-clear water, perfect for photography.

Everyone has to jump.
