This review focuses on the restaurant's ambiance and the taste of the food. It is based solely on my personal experience and taste preferences. If you have a different opinion, that's perfectly fine. Please use your own judgment when evaluating this information.

The original text describes a couple's spontaneous decision to have dinner at a non-mall restaurant after dropping off their dog at home.

Here's the translation:

"It was 10:30 PM on a Saturday night. After dropping off my beloved dog at home, I was driving back to my condo when I passed the Krung Thon Bridge. I turned to my girlfriend and said, 'We've never eaten at a non-mall restaurant together.' Without hesitation, she replied, 'Let's go after we drop off Little Pig (my dog's nickname).'"

Directions to the location:

From Rajabhat Suan Dusit University, Suan Sunandha:

  • Cross the Krung Thon Bridge for approximately 200 meters.
  • Stay in the left lane and make a U-turn under the bridge at the Bang Phlat intersection.
  • Stay in the left lane and make another U-turn under the Krung Thon Bridge.

From Borommaratchachonnani Road:

  • Drive straight and make a U-turn under the Krung Thon Bridge.
  • The shop is located directly at the U-turn under the Krung Thon Bridge.

The parking lot can accommodate approximately 15 cars at full capacity. Before arriving at the restaurant, I searched the internet for recommendations and found three dishes: 1. Fried shrimp with cream salad, 2. Crispy morning glory salad, and 3. Unknown (I ended up ordering oyster omelet after reviewing the menu).

Once you make a U-turn under the Krung Thon Bridge on the Bang Phlat intersection side, you will arrive at your destination.

The parking area and this is the entrance to the restaurant. It is well-decorated with good ideas.

As it was late at night and only 3-4 tables were occupied, I was able to enjoy the riverside atmosphere with a cool breeze blowing on my face. It was a truly refreshing and relaxing experience.

The layout of the tables downstairs appears spacious, while the upstairs feels more crowded. However, due to the lack of customers, I didn't feel any sense of discomfort. If it were crowded, it might be a different story.

The inner glass room is also used for broadcasting football matches.

The first menu I recommend is the crispy morning glory salad. It's a must-try for everyone who visits this restaurant. The morning glory is fried to a perfect crisp, making it incredibly delicious and not greasy at all. (Some restaurants tend to over-fry their morning glory, making it oily and unappetizing.) The salad dressing is simply amazing, with a spicy kick and chunks of fresh shrimp. This dish costs 150 baht.

The second dish, highly recommended online, is "Shrimp Stuffed with Cream Salad." It consists of large pieces of chopped shrimp, possibly with some shiitake mushrooms, ham, and pork fat. Sesame oil is added sparingly (although it seems to be used in large quantities based on the taste). If I'm not mistaken, the first bite tastes similar to shrimp fritters, but with a rancid and fishy aftertaste. I finished it, but in my opinion, it was "not that great." This dish costs 200 baht.

The last dish was oyster omelet. The bean sprouts were not very crispy and a bit soggy. Overall, it was just okay. This dish costs 160 baht.

Another picture, please. The oysters are in good quantity.

In conclusion, I would like to emphasize that these are merely my personal opinions. I reiterate my strong preference for crunchy stir-fried morning glory, savoring every drop of the flavorful broth.
