Greetings, fellow travelers! We are first-year students who want to be your voice and tell you that Surat Thani is more than just the beaches of Koh Samui or the famous Khao Sok National Park, often called the "Guilin of Thailand." Nature has hidden a special corner that will captivate you. The emerald green waters of the canal are a reward for a day of relaxation and rejuvenation. It's perfect for tourists, whether you're with friends or family. So, let's not wait any longer and go on an adventure together!
Our journey began at the dormitory building of the Surat Thani Rajabhat University. We opted for a budget-friendly mode of transportation, the local "songthaew" (shared taxi), which comfortably accommodated our group of nine, including the driver. With excitement and anticipation, we embarked on our adventure!
The journey unfolds amidst a breathtaking panorama of lush forests and towering mountains, a symphony of nature's splendor.
We drove for less than an hour before we saw the sign for our destination. We were so excited!
Following the sign, we turned into a narrow alley. Along the way, we saw houses surrounded by cash crops, creating a natural and picturesque scene.
We have finally arrived at the crystal-clear canal.
First, prepare the entrance fee. It's not as expensive as you think, right?
Upon entering, you will be greeted by friendly staff who will provide various recommendations and assistance to tourists.
The entrance path, a refreshing oasis amidst towering trees and the melodious chirping of birds, invites you to inhale the invigorating ozone, transporting you to an enchanting garden of your dreams.
Those who are tired from traveling can come and sit at the pavilion to rest.
Don't miss the chance to take a photo at the check-in point when you arrive at "Khlong Nam Sai".
This spot is perfect for taking photos. Each of these ladies is stunning!
Following the path, we finally arrived at the stunningly beautiful canal. Let's learn a little about this canal. It is a canal that originates from an underground spring, bubbling up from beneath the ground in the middle of an oil palm plantation. The banks of the canal on both sides are shaded by a dense bamboo forest and other naturally occurring trees. The dark-colored stones in the stream suggest that the water in the stream may be mineral water. The clear water canal is similar to a typical freshwater canal, but what makes it special is the clarity of the water, which allows you to see the bottom of the stream clearly. It is approximately 5 kilometers long and 1.3 meters deep. From its source, the stream flows from the Khlong Nam Khon, converging with the Khlong Nam Sai, which flows down to meet the Khlong Yan or the area of Wat Stathi Kiree Rom. It then flows into the Khlong Phum Duang.
Let's take a picture!
Seeing the children jumping into the water, I suddenly feel the urge to jump in too. 55
After taking photos, we quickly changed our clothes to play in the water. Don't worry about the bathroom, it's ready to serve you here.
Finally, we couldn't wait any longer, so we went for it! Boom!!!
Let's have a swimming competition in this crystal-clear water.
Soaking in the water like this is so cool and refreshing.
After a refreshing swim, you're bound to be feeling peckish. Look no further, as we offer a diverse array of culinary delights for tourists to savor.
Wow! The table is full of delicious food, it looks delicious and tastes even better. I highly recommend it!
Breathe in the fresh air, soak in the hot springs, and eat until your stomach is full. 555
What a pity that the happy time has passed so quickly. It's time to go home now.
This trip is definitely not disappointing. In addition to the fun, it also shows the wonders of unspoiled nature. The mineral water is said to have special properties for the body. We intend to go back and try to research the special properties of this place and if we have the opportunity, we will tell our close friends or tourists to try to visit here at least once. Even though it may not be a luxurious place, it allows us to be close to nature and also get good friendships with fellow travelers. We can laugh out loud before going back to fight with our studies and do our own duties.
