Places to visit
- One-day trip to 4 islands: Ao Phra Nang, Koh Thap, Koh Kai, and Koh Poda.
- KoKo Nest Restaurant
- "Kan-Eng" BBQ Restaurant
Day 2 of the trip to Krabi, but you can have fun with the taste of the sea in one day. Hehe.
We booked a tour for 1200 baht per person to visit four islands: Ao Phra Nang, Koh Tup, Koh Kai, and Koh Poda. The tour was with Krabi Muk Andaman Travel, and I must say, the service was excellent. I was so excited to go on the trip that I even prepared a bunch of postcards! Haha.
A van will pick us up at the designated location. We will meet near the black crab monument around 8:00 AM. After registration, we will receive wristbands. Please wear them on your wrists and separate according to the color.
While waiting, I took a leisurely stroll around the area.
Around 9 am, we all got on the same boat. Haha.
We have arrived at the first location, and there are a lot of tourists.
I could only watch him.
This place also offers rock climbing for those who enjoy this activity.
Let's get on the boat and continue to another island.
The captain's team is Superman. Haha, everyone is friendly.
A group of beautiful girls
Abundant photos, let's post them in a flurry.
Seafaring way of life
The four-island trip was a blast. Some people went diving, but we didn't bring our swimsuits. Honestly, we were scared to dive (we're not exactly pale, but still). Haha!
The sea was supposed to part, but when we went, it hadn't parted yet. Haha.
Let's explore the island together.
Find an open space and take a picture of just us, haha.
We then boarded a boat to continue to Koh Poda, with Captain Ae leading the tour.
Oh, another one. Haha, no worries. I asked the staff, and it's okay to take pictures. Just don't mess with the control levers.
You see, they are very kind and provide VIP service to everyone.
Lunchtime at Koh Poda!
The meal includes three dishes: stir-fried vegetables, fried chicken, and sweet and sour stir-fry. Additionally, complimentary drinks are provided throughout the trip, including water, fruit juice, and beer.
And then there is fruit after the meal.
After a satisfying meal, let's explore the island of Koh Poda.
Is that a deserted island? Haha, no, it's just the end of the road.
What's wrong? Are you seriously looking at your ingrown toenail? (Is that really it, Nid?) Haha.
It's time to go home.
This is Superman, the tour leader of our group.
A van took us to our accommodation. The driver was very smooth, and we dozed off several times. Haha! It was also a new van.
Imagine, everyone's feet were soaked and covered in sand from wading through the water, yet they still provided such excellent service. That's what impressed me.
Upon returning around three in the afternoon, we decided to grab another bite to eat. We ended up at KoKo Nest, conveniently located across from the Black Crab Square. It was drizzling slightly when we arrived.
Each friend ordered a cup of Ovaltine Lava.
We ordered hot chocolate.
This is our star dish, the KO KO Nest Honey Toast, which is perfect for sharing with 3-4 people.
Red berries, I don't know what they are, but they burst in your mouth. Delicious from bread, ice cream, and fruit cuts. It's so delicious, but at the end, we started to share the responsibility. Haha (I'm full).
A great place to relax and unwind.
Some menu items
In total, 3 people can enjoy 4 items for 399 baht. This price seems like a great deal!
As night fell, we headed to Kaneng Yourself BBQ, where we enjoyed a delicious all-you-can-eat feast for only 159 baht per person. Unfortunately, the photos from that evening seem to have vanished. Perhaps I accidentally deleted them. The journey to the restaurant was a bit eerie, as it was located in a remote and secluded area. However, we were a group of three, so we felt relatively safe. The only thing that startled us was the occasional glimpse of each other's faces in the darkness. We were all quite full after that meal, and the next day, the feasting continued unabated.
