"The Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception", also known as "Wat Mae Phra Bang Koet" or "Bang Nok Khwaek Church", is situated on the banks of the Mae Klong River in Bang Nok Khwaek District, Samut Songkhram Province. This Christian church was constructed in 1890 and took six years to complete. Currently, the church is 126 years old and is considered one of the most beautifully proportioned Christian churches in Thailand. Built in the Gothic architectural style, the interior of the church is adorned with stained glass depicting Christian saints and scenes from the life of Christ. At the far end, a statue of the Virgin Mary holding the infant Jesus is enshrined.

This 18th-century Buddhist temple, located within the grounds of the Dumnanukarn School, is best visited on weekends or public holidays to avoid disrupting school activities. Notably, visitors are permitted to take photographs inside the temple.

This historic riverside church is a sight to behold. To visit, drive along the Samut Songkhram-Bang Nok Khwaek Road (the same road as Rama II Park) for approximately 5 kilometers. The cathedral is located 100 meters past the Saphan Somdet Phra Amrin Bridge intersection.
