"J Garden Japanese Restaurant"
This restaurant is a regular for me. J Garden is a Japanese restaurant with a great value for money at 429 baht net, excluding drinks. The menu is extensive and the food is delicious. The quality is good for the price. You order and the staff will serve you. The food comes out relatively quickly (when there are not many customers, because I have been there when there are many customers and it was slow). The taste is average, but compared to other restaurants in Ayutthaya, it is good. If you are not a big eater, you can order individual dishes, which are not very expensive.
Location: The Sky Ayutthaya Shopping Mall, 1st floor, next to Asia Road.
Price: 429 baht net, excluding drinks. Add another 30-40 baht for drinks.
Date and time of consumption: December 6, 2016
Personal opinion: The taste and quality are appropriate for the price.
Shopfront advertisement: Don't just read, let's go in and eat, I'm hungry.
The sushi menu is extensive, but premium items such as salmon roe and eel are not included in the buffet.
Note: If the owner reads this, I recommend increasing the price by 100-200 baht. Then you can order these dishes and it will be amazing.
The roles
Sashimi, yakitori, and teppanyaki
Many snacks are available.
Fried food
Examples of dishes that are often ordered include:
- The first and foremost menu item, which was our main goal, was a large and satisfying piece, but the only criticism was that it was a bit thick.
The next dish must therefore be carefully prepared.
I think it goes well with seaweed salad.
Grilled salmon belly, this menu, try asking for seafood dipping sauce and add wasabi. Oh wow, it's spicy, really delicious.
Premium imitation crab meat (my mom secretly told me)
California roll: The rice was excessively sticky and did not meet expectations. The quality has significantly declined compared to previous experiences. Additionally, the serving size of only five pieces per order is inadequate.
"Not suitable for eating alone, or even with two people."
This is my favorite dish, salmon wrapped in asparagus with a delicious sauce.
Steamed salmon head with soy sauce. This dish is acceptable, but the sauce lacks intensity.
This tuna salad inari sushi is delicious. The tofu and rice are perfectly seasoned.
The meal concluded with grilled salmon in soy sauce, fried soft-shell crab, and garlic stir-fried in butter, all of which are among my favorite dishes.
This concludes the review.
As this is a regular restaurant, the dishes I ordered are only those I enjoy the most.
Therefore, there are not as many examples as there should be. Thank you for watching.
