TungPang Life Is A Journey: The Journey Continues

This time, we will take you to see the beautiful views of Phatthalung again in a different season. This trip came about because I dropped my ticket to visit Nan because my friends in the gang didn't go. So I was free to find a place to rest my body and mind. "Pak Pra" this word came to my mind. We should go to Phatthalung again. It might be the same as the previous review, but it doesn't matter. Everything will be beautiful in every perspective. Are you ready to travel to Pak Pra, Phatthalung again?

This time, I changed my accommodation and got to know "Wetland Camp" through a friend's recommendation. It is a seaside resort located next to Khlong Pakpra in Pakpra. Let's take a look at the accommodation.

We have arrived! The weather is fantastic. This area serves as Wetland's central hub and a pier for boat trips to the Thale Noi Sea.

The properties here are all individual villas, offering a high level of privacy. Currently, there are four villas available.

Extremely natural. It looks like a hut. Let's go inside and open the room.

This wooden walkway leads to each villa.

The room opens to reveal a large bed.

The room's decor seamlessly integrates local artifacts.

The view from the bed is breathtaking, showcasing the iconic stilted houses that have become synonymous with this location.

The room features towels, bottled water, a flush toilet, and a hot water shower. The sink is located outside the bathroom, and there is a wardrobe and small pillows. Guests can also enjoy the outdoor seating area.

After putting things away, I went out to sit on the balcony to enjoy the cool evening breeze and watch the way of life of the Pak Pra people in their fishing.

Sitting on the balcony in the evening breeze, I walked out to the pier. The owner of the accommodation, a young man, came up to me and asked if I wanted to watch the sunset at Ekachai Bridge. I didn't hesitate to say yes, as I was staying alone. If someone kind offers to show me the view, why not?

We have arrived at the 80th Birthday Anniversary Bridge (locally known as the Ekachai Bridge). The evening atmosphere here is incredibly peaceful, offering a refreshing break for the eyes. The lush greenery provides a welcome contrast to the urban landscape.

The sun is about to set. It is truly heartwarming to witness such a sight and experience it firsthand.

Dinner time has arrived. While some may say there are no restaurants in Pakpra, there are actually several in the area. Today, we recommend Baan Chaam, a restaurant located along the Pakpra Canal. This spot is perfect for a relaxing dinner, as you can enjoy the local way of life while dining. The restaurant focuses on local dishes and ingredients, using fresh seafood caught by local fishermen.

The food we ordered has arrived! The fish dish is a must-try here, and it's delicious!

Having satisfied our appetites, we returned to rest, storing energy to wake up and witness the sunrise at "Pak Bara," a location renowned for its breathtaking beauty.

It's time to wake up. The boatman has scheduled a departure at 6:00 AM. He will pick you up at the pier in front of Wet Land.

It's time to set sail. Today, I heard that we didn't come during the lotus blooming season. I was sad, but I thought it would be better to see nature that I've never seen before. Let's watch the sunrise with a cast net.

What a gloomy day! The sky is overcast, and the sun is nowhere to be seen. What bad luck! I vow to come back and try again.

The sky is cruel today, but Phatthalung has been raining all the time in the past, and there has been flooding since December. And now we come after the flood has receded not much. I'll come back again later.

Let's set sail for the Thale Noi Lake and admire the natural beauty of the place. Even if we miss the lotus season and encounter unfavorable weather, it's still worth the trip.

The boat then stopped at the "Tua Mae Nang Riem" pavilion to rest the engine.

The boat then sailed along the Pak Pra Canal, where we observed the local way of life. A prominent feature was the widespread use of "lift nets," which were visible in front of almost every house on both sides of the canal.

It's time to check in. "Wetland" looks beautiful from afar, doesn't it?

It's breakfast time here. Let's see if the breakfast here is the same as other places.

Help yourself to tea or coffee.

Breakfast is here! Today's menu is southern-style rice noodles with fish curry, rice porridge with fried baby fish and fried pork bones. The breakfast menu seems to rotate daily, but one thing's for sure, Wet Land is different from other places.

The breakfast at Wetland is delicious. The menu may vary depending on the number of guests, but you can expect a similar experience to other guests. One thing you can be sure of is that breakfast will always include a serving of Khanom Jeen.

With a full stomach, I returned to my room to pack my belongings. It was time to return to my normal life. Whenever I have the opportunity to rest, I make sure to cherish the happiness and memories I create.

May this moment last forever. The joy of exploring, of journeying to new places.

**Here in "Phatthalung", there are still many beautiful things waiting for everyone to experience. "Pakpra" is another place that offers happiness, peace, and beauty. Come and experience the way of life of lifting the net. Come and relax where you can truly relax because this place is quiet and peaceful. It's like you can slow down your life. There is delicious food waiting to be served with a million-dollar atmosphere that you must try. I would like to introduce everyone to Phatthalung because there are still many hidden things here.**

Thank you for following our review. Stay tuned for more of Phatthalung's charm, as we will be posting more reviews soon due to the abundance of photos.
