After spending a night at Khun Sathan National Park in late October 2016, Nong Phuping, who was 7 weeks old or almost 2 months pregnant, headed to Pua District to visit Uncle Sanong, the owner of "Ai Uan View Homestay".

This is another budget-friendly accommodation option in Pua, with room rates starting at just 400 baht. However, the view from the back of the house is truly spectacular.

This accommodation offers only 5 rooms, each equipped with air conditioning, a TV, a refrigerator, hot water, and Wi-Fi. The rooms boast stunning rice field views, visible from the windows. The best part? Room rates are incredibly affordable, starting from just a few hundred baht.

The front of the house has a relaxing corner where you can take stylish photos.

Lush with a variety of trees planted by Uncle Sanong himself.

A million-dollar view behind the house. Personally, I have been here many times. Every time I come here, I am lucky enough to see the rice fields. Every time I see this kind of green rice field, it is very pleasing to the eye.

The house next door is also shady.

Sitting here reading a book during the day is another kind of pleasure. The view is beautiful, and the air is not hot at all. It feels like I'm really on vacation.

At Ai-Uan View, there are only 3 bedrooms located inside the main house, while there are 2 additional bedrooms outside. Uncle Sanong and his wife manage the property themselves, so they haven't built anything too large. When guests stay there, it feels like visiting relatives because Uncle and Aunty are very kind and hospitable.

For a mere 400 baht per night, this spotless accommodation offers a TV, air conditioning, a refrigerator, hot water, and Wi-Fi, all with a breathtaking view. With such amenities and scenery, it's no exaggeration to call it a "budget-friendly stay with a million-dollar view." This is one of my favorite places to stay.

If there is an opportunity this year, Phuping and her mother will definitely stop by to greet their uncles and aunts again.
