"Bang Phra Reservoir" is a place we have visited four times and never get tired of.
You can visit this place any season, and the beauty will be different each time. However, if you want to see beautiful flowers, you should come during the summer.

We boarded the 10:30 PM bus from Bangkok to Pattaya, as all the vans had already departed. We arrived around 12:30 AM. (Please inform the ticket collector that you will be getting off at Aow Udom Intersection, where there are plenty of motorcycle taxis available.)
The original plan was to leave at 7 am, but when I actually woke up, it was almost 9 am. We drove a motorcycle from MGU and arrived around 10 am. If you leave MGU, go straight to the Ao Udom intersection and turn right onto the road leading to Chonburi. Continue straight for about 15 minutes, and you will see a sign to turn right to Bang Phra Reservoir. Drive for about 10 minutes, and you will reach Bang Phra Reservoir. The sun is very strong. It's time to take pictures.
Borrowed my sister's Vespa for a ride.
A popular photo spot for everyone.
The same angle through the mirror.
The Sala flowers are starting to bloom.
The other side is a road along the dam ridge. This route is highly recommended for those who enjoy cycling.
The best time to visit is in the morning or late afternoon when the weather is pleasant and the views are spectacular.
The water lilies are not yet in full bloom, but they should be beautiful next month. Another angle of the reservoir, walking along the edge of the reservoir.
If you drive around to the other side, you'll find a playground. This is a great spot for photos. When we were there, we saw people taking graduation photos here.
The other side of the dam ridge is crowded with people, and the midday sun is very strong. We only took one photo and decided to skip it.
We really love this angle. We're not sure if it blooms all year round, but we're definitely planning to come back and take more photos.
The last photo before the camera cut out, the battery ran out. This photo was taken by placing the camera on the floor and setting the timer, but it didn't focus on our faces at all. It's super blurry. After that, bad luck struck. The little Vespa wouldn't start, so we had to hire a songthaew to take it to the Vespa center in Bangsaen. It was a very adventurous trip. I almost cried. I was charged 400 baht for the taxi. 5555
