Have you ever heard of "Biko Mamoy"?
This is one of our signature menus at this favorite restaurant. It is a menu that combines black sticky rice with fragrant coconut milk and homemade butterfly pea flower ice cream that is sweet, cold, and has the most delicate texture.
Torry's Ice Cream is a bright pink shop located in the middle of Rommanee Alley (one of the hipster landmarks in Phuket Old Town). The decoration here is filled with a Sino-Portuguese and European atmosphere. As for the menu, all of the shop's ice creams are homemade recipes invented by Torry, the owner, and her sister, which in total, there are more than 70 flavors that have been made.
This establishment offers a variety of delectable desserts featuring ice cream paired with various sweet treats. Some of their signature dishes include taro balls with black sesame ice cream, mango ice cream with sticky rice, and "Oh Aew" ice cream. In addition to these signature offerings, the shop also provides a selection of fruit and classic flavors such as vanilla and chocolate.
Today, we opted for a selection of delectable treats, including "khanom khit man" (a traditional Thai dessert), black sesame ice cream, and mango ice cream. The combination of sweetness and richness was truly delightful, leaving us with a sense of pure satisfaction.
Our initial order consisted of two dishes, which we believed would be sufficient for our party of two. However, upon exploring the counter, we encountered an irresistible brownie that simply demanded our attention. As dedicated food enthusiasts, we couldn't resist the allure of this culinary masterpiece.
The dessert is topped with a scoop of strawberry cheesecake ice cream, sprinkled with chewy homemade brownies, bananas, almonds, and chocolate sauce. All of this is served in a waffle cup. Can someone please tell me how many calories this is? Aaaahhhh!!!
If you have another sentence or phrase you would like me to translate, please provide it.
At this point, I would like to express my condolences to my own stomach. But since we are traveling, we must eat to the fullest. Don't let it go against the motto "Eat well, travel often".
