As we grow, our hearts work harder. Sometimes, we feel like we need to recharge, detach from our minds, and shed the clothes we've worn all day. We change into comfortable shorts, t-shirts, or swimsuits to let our minds rest and put things aside... to stop and focus on something in front of us. For this time, we, Lazy Coup, will focus on a board, one that allows us to rest our minds but use our bodies instead (it's tiring). This time, we'll transform into surfers with Flow House Bangkok.

The location is in Asquare Sukhumvit 26 (next to K-Village).

Bodyboarding and Flowboarding: Two Ways to Ride the Waves

This passage describes two ways to ride the waves: bodyboarding and flowboarding.

Bodyboarding is the first technique introduced, where the rider lies on top of the board. This is considered the beginner's stance and should be practiced for at least three rounds before moving on to other techniques. The instructor will be close by to provide guidance and ensure safety.

Flowboarding, the second technique mentioned, is not described in detail in this excerpt. However, the implication is that it is a more advanced technique that comes after mastering bodyboarding.

Then, raise your knees up.

The instructor is saying, "Helloooooooooooooooooo."

Having mastered the basics, we will now practice the "Flow Board" pose, or standing pose. To begin, we will hold onto a rope for support, with a light touch on the shoulders for encouragement before we start.

Once balanced, the rope is released, allowing for effortless, cool, and stylish play.

Some experts will showcase their skills, leaving us in awe.

Children can also play... We had the opportunity to talk to a mother who brought her son to try the Surf Board. She said that she wanted her son to exercise and have more concentration in doing things for a longer period of time, so she decided to bring him here. So I had the chance to capture some lovely and memorable moments of this family.

A Heartwarming and Thrilling Moment

The video captures a heartwarming and thrilling moment between a dedicated instructor and an eager young student. The instructor, initially positioned beside the student to guide their next surfing maneuver, witnesses the student unexpectedly jump from their own board onto the instructor's board. Embracing the unexpected turn of events, the instructor playfully engages with the student, creating a scene filled with joy for the instructor and a mixture of excitement and trepidation for the young learner.

For those who do not surf or prefer to relax, there are beach club-style restaurants offering both Thai and international cuisine, where you can enjoy a beer or a freshly made cocktail.

Our meal consisted of a variety of dishes, both Thai and international, to cater to the diverse preferences of our group of four.

During Songkran, if you are in Bangkok and don't know where to go, Flow Songkarn Fest is held from April 13th to 15th, 2017. Admission is free and there is live music. You can also purchase a ticket to play surf for 1,800 baht. Play free for 3 hours/day (3 days = 9 hours >> average 200 baht/hour from the normal price of 750 baht/hour). Plus, there are 10 glasses of beer to sip and chill. This promotion is amazing.

Alright, that's all for now. But before I go, I want to let you know that we'll be having a fun activity on our Lazy Coup page. Stay tuned for more details coming soon! Thanks a bunch! ;)
