I recently had the opportunity to experience the incredible Sunday brunch buffet at Amaya Food Gallery, located in the Amari Watergate Hotel in Bangkok.

The restaurant, which opened in January, boasts stunning decor and a variety of photo-worthy corners.

Conveniently located near the Chit Lom BTS station, the hotel is easily accessible via the R Walk skywalk, which connects to the Platinum Fashion Mall.

The Sunday brunch, served from 12:00 PM to 3:30 PM, features an impressive seafood selection as its highlight.

While we enjoyed Sunday brunch, we'd also like to share promotions and prices from other days.

We inquired about the menu and found that the dishes are quite similar across different days and times.

Take the lift to the 4th floor of Amaya Food Gallery at Amari Watergate Bangkok.

The interior design is beautiful and spacious, with international food stations arranged in different zones.

Each zone has its own seating area, which is convenient for those who prefer specific types of cuisine.

This eliminates the need to walk long distances to get food.

Once you have chosen a table, you will find a set of colorful cutlery and glasses waiting for you.

After you have been seated for a while, the staff will bring you "foie gras" or goose liver.

Feel free to enjoy it right away!

The first thing we look for in a meal is the main course.

In this case, it's seafood on ice.

Ma Lae Seafood offers Alaskan king crab as part of its Friday seafood night and Sunday brunch. Other seafood options are available during lunch and dinner on other days, but the selection is not as extensive as on Friday evenings and Sunday mornings. During lunch, seafood is available but in smaller quantities than during dinner due to the lower price point. Dinner features seafood on ice and grilled seafood, but does not include Alaskan king crab. Instead, it offers regular crab, mantis shrimp, and shrimp. For those who particularly enjoy seafood, Friday evenings and Sunday mornings are the best times to visit for the most extensive selection.

As you can see, it's as plentiful as I'd hoped. Haha

And this seafood platter is now ours.

Next, we'll take you to Japanese food.

The sushi and sashimi are now ready on the table.

Let's take another look at the interior of Amaya Food Gallery from other angles.

It can accommodate up to 420 guests and has 20 private dining rooms.

The central zone offers a clear view of the lobby below, adorned with sparkling crystals that shimmer under the lights.

Capturing this scene creates a beautiful bokeh effect in photographs.

The restaurant's layout resembles a donut, with a circular arrangement of food stations and seating areas.

The circular design extends throughout the entire floor.

Let's move on to explore the Thai food section.

The Thai food corner here also includes Chinese food, as we saw dim sum and steamed buns in a large basket.

There is also roasted duck and crispy pork. Our Thai food includes noodles, papaya salad, chicken rice, pad thai, and others.

The menu changes regularly.

This spicy seafood salad is a must-try, as it's one of our personal favorites.

Next, let's move on to the hot kitchen. The kitchen is open, allowing you to choose from a variety of dishes.

The chef will prepare your order fresh and deliver it to your table, which will have your table number displayed.

It's very convenient to order a spicy Tom Yum soup or your favorite steak.

And then the steak menu came out.

Indian food is also available, but we'll pass on this one. We've already had a lot of Indian food on this trip. 555

This buffet features a wide variety of international cuisines, including familiar Indian dishes with crispy roti, as well as Italian and Spanish options.

If you're a fan of Italian cuisine, you won't want to miss the thin-crust pizzas with various toppings.

There were many options available, but we didn't get to try them all. We just took a look.

When it comes to buffets, we don't try everything from every section or country. We only choose what we like.

Does anyone else do the same? 555

What we love about Amayna Food Gallery is that the restaurant has multiple seating areas.

There are many different corners and zones, each with its own unique style and vibrant colors. This variety ensures that there's something for everyone and prevents the space from feeling monotonous.

You can even reserve a private corner or zone, as the tables are spaced far apart, providing ample room to move around comfortably without feeling crowded.

And for those with a sweet tooth, there's a dedicated corner to satisfy your sugar cravings.

For dessert lovers, don't miss the largest shaved ice corner in Bangkok.

With over 40 toppings to choose from, both Thai and international, such as lod chong, ruby in syrup, slimer, ginkgo nuts, lotus root, etc.

With a variety of toppings to choose from, you can add sweetness to your heart's content. There are also Thai desserts that change every day.

Including seasonal fruits and various cakes.

This refreshing cup of shaved ice will cool you down and leave you feeling completely satisfied.

One last angle we'd like to recommend.

Complete your meal with a cocktail at Amayna Bar.

We enjoyed a large "sweet earth" cocktail, a sharing option for four people.

Indulge in a delightful buffet experience at Amaya Restaurant and Bar, perfect for those who enjoy a chic and relaxed ambiance.

For those who love buffets, we highly recommend choosing a promotion and time slot that best suits your preferences to ensure an optimal and cost-effective dining experience.

If you plan to visit during a festive period, it's advisable to call ahead and make a reservation, as the restaurant may have limited hours or be closed during certain times.
