Short break but still want to travel, right?!!!!

Today, I would like to present a place near Bangkok that is very easy to get to. Plus, the atmosphere is great for relaxing and breathing fresh air after working all week and encountering car fumes and concrete jungles. Today, I will present the "Forest in the City" project by PTT, which is so good!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a high angle view from the Observation Tower. Beautiful, isn't it? Let's take a look at how to get there.

Directions

By car: Open your GPS and search for "Forest in the City Project".

Airport Link: Get off at Lat Krabang Station and take a taxi. It's not far.

BTS Station: Get off at On Nut Station or Udom Suk Station and take a taxi.

It's not difficult to get there, see? Let's get started! Here's some information for you.

The tower is open to the public every day except Mondays, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

There is no entrance fee. That's the best part!

The Forest in the City project is a green space development project on a 12 rai, 1 ngan, 2 square wah plot of land owned by PTT. It is part of the PTT Group's "PTT Green in the City" initiative to promote green spaces in urban areas. The project has been designed with 75% of the area dedicated to forest, 10% to water, and 15% to usable space. The forest is the main feature, and the buildings have been designed to blend in with the environment, serving as a model for green building innovation. The project aims to be a learning center for PTT's afforestation efforts and sustainable ecological planting. In the future, this forest will grow and create a rich ecosystem, serving as a model for urban forest education and learning, connecting people with nature.

On the way to another zone.

On the way to the Observation Tower

The climb to the observation tower is quite a few floors.

The view from the summit is breathtaking. The air is fresh and cool, a welcome contrast to the scorching heat we experienced on our afternoon ascent.

Once you reach the top, slowly walk down to enter the Sky Walk zone.

Look back at the observation tower

For those feeling hot, we offer bottled water for sale that you can take home. The price is 25 baht per bottle, with refills costing 15 baht each.

After a hot walk, you can cool down in the knowledge zone.

There is air conditioning to help you relax, but we didn't capture the atmosphere for you to see.

This is the bathroom, which is very clean.
