Mid-year is here, and airlines both domestic and international are starting to release budget-friendly tickets. Many people are planning trips to Europe and may be wondering which city to visit. If you have 2-5 days to spare and want to explore a charming old city with stunning European architecture, consider Prague. This walkable city offers a relaxed pace, endless sightseeing opportunities, and friendly locals.

If Prague is your chosen destination, finding accommodation won't be a challenge. With competitive prices, spacious rooms, and convenient locations, you'll be spoilt for choice. During our recent stay, we opted for Prague Residences, specifically the 4 Art Suites. Our room, named after the Czech composer Dvorak, was a One Bedroom Apartment Dvorak. Explore the details and discover why the prices are so appealing.

The most aesthetically pleasing and representative image of the room is the master bedroom of the "One Bedroom Apartment Dvorak." Despite its name, the apartment actually has two bedrooms, which was ideal for our group of three travelers (two men and one woman).

An additional small bedroom (not small at all) is located next door.

The spacious master bedroom bed is perfect for relaxing, watching television, or simply enjoying the view. It's a great place to unwind after a long day of exploring the city, especially during cold weather.

The headboard curtains can be opened and closed. When all curtains are closed, the room is 100% dark, allowing for a full night's sleep (ideal for those with jet lag).

The bedside features a television and a genuine record player, complete with 2-3 vinyl records of the composer Dvorak's music, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the atmosphere and enjoy a truly authentic experience in the homeland of this renowned artist.

This room actually functions as a living room with a bed.

The other side is a cooking area with a dining table on the other side... spacious and truly versatile (we plan to cook or buy food from the supermarket to cook and eat together).

The second bedroom is decorated in shades of purple, blending seamlessly with the pink of the main room. The bed is comfortably soft, with an abundance of pillows and a down comforter to keep you warm. (Each room has its own heater.)

The small room (which is not small at all) has a full-length mirror at the end of the bed.

Stepping back to take another look at the cooking corner, the equipment is all set. Whether you want to bake, boil, stir-fry, deep-fry, or even store ice cream and drinks, it's all possible. Plates, bowls, spoons, and forks are all provided.

It has a microwave.

Cook and wash dishes, invite friends to a small party comfortably.

Turn on the heater to warm the room, cook fragrant food, listen to soft music, and watch the snow fall outside... A little piece of heaven.

Doorway to the small bedroom

Peeking inside, you'll see something like this: a high ceiling, an airy room, simple but well-decorated. Oh, and the wooden floor is warm to the touch.

There is a renowned luxury hotel nearby (within 20 steps from our hotel). Our hotel is also conveniently located near a shopping mall (of considerable size) and Chinese restaurants.

The exterior of the hotel may appear unremarkable, resembling an ordinary building. However, upon entering, the interior reveals a striking transformation, reminiscent of a European castle or an ancient edifice. The contrast between the unassuming exterior and the opulent interior is often met with astonishment, leaving visitors speechless at the unexpected grandeur.

Large wooden door (with separate key for late-night outings) provides excellent security.

This is a blank paragraph.

The entrance to the hotel's central hall... is actually an apartment. There is no luxurious lobby, swimming pool, or spa. The focus is on spacious rooms with complete amenities.

The building has an elevator, but our room is on the 4th floor. You can walk up the stairs for exercise. The hallway in front of the room is not very wide.

The hallway in front of my room is quiet. I haven't seen my next-door neighbor at all, so I'm not sure if they're just not around or if our schedules don't overlap.

View from the balcony in front of the room

No breakfast provided. We enjoyed buying and cooking our own food. The prices of goods and food in Prague are not expensive at all. I will review the food and products in Prague when I have time.

The bathroom is exceptionally spacious, as usual, and features a hot water heater (ideal for cold weather) with well-defined zones.

A vanity with a sink, a makeup and hair styling area, an outlet for a hairdryer, and mirrors of various sizes.

L'OCCITANE's cream and gel products are highly recommended for their excellent value and delightful fragrance, reminiscent of a botanical garden in Provence.

The water pressure is very strong.

The entrance to the payment point resembles a small spa within the room. The only drawback is the lack of a bathtub (although one would likely not want to take a bath on a cold night, even with the heater in the bathroom).

Where did all these tissues come from? The toilet is floating! What a cool design.

The price for 3 nights for 3 people is 316 euros (12,324 baht), which is 1,369 baht per person per night. Whether this is considered cheap or expensive depends on your comparison point. However, for us, it was very good value for money considering the location, cleanliness, comfort, service, and communication (via email). Everything was perfect and nothing was missing. If you need an airport transfer, the hotel offers one for 25 euros (for 4 people). [We didn't use this service but took a taxi at the airport for 20 euros, which was slightly cheaper... In Prague, Mercedes are used as taxis, which is normal... very comfortable and smooth ride]. If you are interested in booking or getting more information, please contact [email protected].
