The historic Charles Bridge in Prague, built in 1357, is home to numerous sculptures and offers a vibrant atmosphere with artistic performances and unique shops lining its sides. The water below teems with fish, while swans gracefully glide on its surface. Come and experience its charm for yourself!

The first sculpture, Charles IV, King of Bohemia and Holy Roman Emperor, stands in the center of a small square before the bridge.

The prominent building on the right is a church. The square is not very large. The bridge is located in the city center. We walked through small alleys for about 5 minutes and came across the bridge, which is a major tourist attraction in the city.

Strategic location in Chaiyaphum

Amidst the urban landscape, nature thrives, showcasing its beauty and seemingly untouched by pollution. While a moderate number of cars traverse the roads, traffic remains uncongested, and trams provide an alternative mode of transportation.

Far away, that is the castle. It is said to be the largest in the world... I will take you there later. I will review it later.

Visible from afar, visible from many angles in the city

Ancient but built to last.

A captivating view from the bridge's end, showcasing the charm of the old city.

The bridge is over 500 meters long, but the stunning views make the walk effortless.

The atmosphere in some corners resembles that of England, with a slightly gloomy color palette and pleasantly cool weather.

The leaves have all fallen. If you come during a season with leaves, such as summer or spring, it might be more beautiful. However, from the photos my friends took, the lighting seems quite harsh. You might need a good camera or find a better angle or adjust the lighting.

The Old Town Bridge Tower: A Gothic Gateway

The Old Town Bridge Tower (Staroměstská mostecká věž) stands as a magnificent example of Gothic architecture, guarding the entrance to the Charles Bridge. Widely considered one of the most beautiful bridge gate towers, it boasts intricate details and a rich history.

We're about to pass under the tower. Look back at the city. See? The square isn't very big.

The bridge was quite crowded, but it was also wide and long, so people could walk comfortably.

After walking for a while, I turned back to take a picture of the tower. From this angle, I could see the statues adorning the bridge. There were souvenir stalls selling paintings and photographs at intervals.

The tower is aesthetically pleasing, modern, and in excellent condition.

This photo was taken from a public park on the other side of the city. After crossing the bridge from the old town, you will find a small park as you walk along the riverbank towards the castle. You can play with swans and ducklings there.

The Vltava River is a wide river that originates near the town of Cesky Krumlov. The river is small and charming at its source, but by the time it reaches Prague, it is wide and impressive.

I wonder if there's anything for the swan to eat (I wonder if the police there will arrest me... In the end, I didn't dare to feed it because I wasn't sure). Walking around with swans, geese, pigeons, and ducks.

I would love to take beautiful animal photos like this, but my skills are not there yet.

Abundant geese, ducks, and swans populate the area, exhibiting friendly behavior and refraining from aggression towards humans. Their presence does not evoke fear, and children can be observed playing safely by the water's edge.

There may be river cruises available. We did not inquire about the cost, but we saw boats floating both during the day and at night. You can either walk around the city or take a boat ride for a romantic view that never gets old.

The swan is very cute.

The riverbank is clean and free of garbage or clutter.

The simple pleasures of strolling through nature, observing wildlife, and interacting with the friendly people of Prague are enough to bring joy to the lives of its citizens.

Another bridge, beautiful and cool, but not as old as Charles Bridge.

Prague boasts numerous bridges, each with a similar appearance. The Charles Bridge, an ancient and majestic structure, stands out prominently in the center. The well-spaced bridges offer stunning views of both sides of the Vltava River, enhancing the city's beauty. A stroll along the riverbank is a must-do activity in Prague. The city's well-designed urban plan includes spacious bike paths and walkways along the waterfront. Locals and tourists alike enjoy walking for leisure or commuting within the city. For those in a hurry, the metro or trams provide convenient and affordable transportation options, covering major tourist attractions and areas. Don't forget to allocate time for a leisurely walk along the riverbank in the heart of Prague. It's a guaranteed way to relax, unwind, and enjoy the picturesque scenery.
