Today, I have the opportunity to return to Sangkhla Buri once again. I am here to introduce other tourist attractions in Sangkhla Buri in a 360-degree view. Sangkhla Buri is another attractive city in Kanchanaburi province. The beauty of the Mon Bridge and Wat Wang Wiwekaram (Old) or the underwater city is very famous. Moreover, the culture of the people of Sangkhla Buri is very charming. So much so that tourists are willing to travel more than 300 kilometers across forests and mountains to see the beauty of this border town.
By the time we arrived in Sangkhlaburi from Bangkok, it was already afternoon.
I thought we should check into our accommodation first.
The accommodation for our visit to Sangkhlaburi today is called Poo Chom Mok Resort.
The resort's phone number is 064-964-7767 and their Facebook page is:

Phu Chom Mok Resort is a newly opened resort with modern and well-maintained rooms.

There are two types of rooms available: the "Mountain View Room" for 2,000 baht and the "Stargazing Room" for 1,500 baht.
This time we stayed in a spacious room with a stargazing view.

There are satellite TV, refrigerator, tea and coffee set, umbrella, and Wi-Fi in every room.
The bathroom at Phu Chom Moke is in a loft style.
Every room has a balcony to enjoy the morning mist.
After putting our belongings away in our room,
we went out to find food at the Sangkhla Market.
The Sangkhla Market has a wide variety of food for sale,
including rice boxes, sausages, spicy salads, papaya salads, and much more.
But the most famous food in Sangkhla is probably this:
"Moo Jum" (Thai pork fondue), which consists of thinly sliced pork and offal,
cooked in a secret broth recipe. Some shops also offer noodles to eat with the Moo Jum.
We returned to the site later in the evening to capture images under the night sky.
Breakfast at Phu Chom Mok Resort is served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
This gives us plenty of time to make merit and walk around the Mon Bridge.
The morning in Sangkhlaburi is still as beautiful as ever, but unfortunately, I woke up too late to make merit.
So I took a walk around the Mon Bridge for a bit.

Afterward, return to Phu Chom Mok Resort for a delicious breakfast buffet. The buffet features a wide variety of options, including ham, sausages, rice porridge, and bread. The highlight of the breakfast is the fried egg, which is a must-try.
After breakfast, I checked out of the accommodation because today we will visit the waterfalls of Sangkhla Buri.
Many people may not even know that Sangkhla Buri also has waterfalls that are just as beautiful as any other.
Plus, these waterfalls are on the same road, called Nopbhiboun Waterfall and Takhian Thong Waterfall.
We will go to Nopbhiboun Waterfall first.
From Sangkhla Buri, head towards the Three Pagodas Pass. Drive straight for 13 kilometers, passing the Highland Agricultural Promotion Center, passing the Ban Nam Keuk checkpoint, and continue straight until you find the intersection to Takhian Thong Waterfall. Turn right onto Highway 2078 and continue for about 1.5 kilometers (alternating asphalt and concrete roads). Notice that there is a section where you cross a small stream. Park your car on the side of the road and walk along the stream for another 50 meters to reach the first level of the waterfall.
"Nopbhiboun Waterfall" is a small limestone waterfall with cascading levels. The water flows down in shallow pools and cascades down a cliff about 25 meters high, echoing throughout the area.
The water level is not very deep and is safe for tourists to swim in.

From Npphaphum Waterfall, drive about 8 kilometers to reach the forest ranger station. Park your car and walk for about 20 minutes to reach the waterfall.
Ta Khian Thong Waterfall is a long and wide waterfall, like a stream flowing through the forest.
There are several levels of waterfalls, the largest of which is the Ta Khian Thong Waterfall itself.
There are Takhian trees, providing plenty of shade.

After we had our fill of both waterfalls, it was time to head back.
Because the journey from Sangkhla Buri back to Bangkok takes quite a long time.
Finally, I would like to leave my small page www.facebook.com/wefoto with my friends.
Please stop by and give me your support. See you again soon!
