Nestled amidst the picturesque landscapes of Chiang Mai, Le Jardin De Maejo offers a tranquil retreat for travelers seeking a rejuvenating escape. During the rainy season, the surrounding meadows transform into a vibrant tapestry of purple verbena flowers, creating a breathtaking spectacle that is sure to captivate the senses. The resort's serene ambiance and proximity to the enchanting Mon Cham, renowned for its breathtaking mountain views and misty allure, make it an ideal destination for those seeking a harmonious blend of nature's wonders and luxurious comfort.

The romantic beauty of the vast flower fields, even though it's just a small corner on a low hill, is enough to make anyone travel here, including me...

Our trip to Chiang Mai this time, we stayed at Le Jardin De Maejo, pronounced "Le Jardin de Mae Jo". It's a European-style accommodation surrounded by mountains, rice fields, and not far from Mon Cham, our main destination.

The landscaped area is adorned with a variety of flowering plants and ornamental shrubs, evoking a picturesque image of a rustic Western cottage nestled amidst rolling hills and a meandering stream.

Upon ascending to the upper floor, I felt an inexplicable fondness for this corner.

A cozy corner with a stunning view of rice fields and Doi Suthep mountain in the background.

Le Jardin De Maejo offers only four private rooms for guests seeking a secluded retreat. Upon ascending the stairs, the first room encountered is the LAVENDER room, designed in a European style.

Each room will have an additional mezzanine level with a bed on top.

Looking down from the mezzanine

The second room, HYDRANGEA, is spacious and airy, with a balcony overlooking the rice fields and Doi Suthep.

The mezzanine level of the HYDRANGEA room also features a bed.

The next room, Room 3, is called the TULIP Room. This room will be designed in a modern style.

The mezzanine also features a cozy seating area.

The fourth and final room, named ROSE, is the most magnificent of all.

The interior is luxuriously decorated in a European style.

The mezzanine level features a charming, small bed.

The ROSE room features a jacuzzi in the bathroom, offering a relaxing soak with stunning views of rice fields and mountains.

The area below is for coffee and bakery seating.

The dining room here is spacious and clean.

One of the many diverse dishes on the menu, both Thai and international, pictured is the crispy sunflower sprout salad.

Crispy pork with red lemongrass sauce (special menu)

Braised pork ribs, the meat is tender and smooth, served with hot rice, it's delicious.

Black squid ink spaghetti with duck breast sauce

In the quiet solitude of the early evening,

A new day dawns with fresh air. If you're lucky, you might encounter a blanket of fog covering the area, as it's not far from Doi Suthep.

Taking a morning stroll through the resort's garden is a delightful experience.

This resort, with only four rooms, offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, reminiscent of visiting a relative's home. The delicious food and pleasant ambiance, coupled with its proximity to major tourist attractions, make it an ideal choice for a relaxing getaway.

Directions to Le Jardin De Maejo Resort

I traveled from the resort to Mon Cham, which is only about 20 kilometers away, taking about half an hour.

The rainy season atmosphere of Mon Cham remains etched in my memory, and whenever I have the chance, I always make a point of visiting.

A key highlight during the rainy season is the vast expanse of vibrant purple Verbena flowers that bloom across Mon Cham, creating an unforgettable and romantic spectacle.

A path leading down to a row of dining shelters, offering a breathtaking view from above.

A highlight of visiting Mon Cham during the rainy season is the beautiful blooming of the ground lotus.

The area behind Mon Cham features rows of beautifully planted cabbages.

Thank you to everyone who visited. See you again soon. Goodbye.
