People say that if you come to Pattaya, you should visit Glass House. I was afraid of missing out, so I decided to check it out since I was already in Pattaya. However, I must admit that I have never been there before.

The van's GPS led us through winding roads, finally arriving at the beach. The restaurant's modern glass facade, adorned with a horse sculpture, was a sight to behold. Despite the urge to capture the moment, hunger took precedence, and we headed inside to order food.

The Glass House restaurant is located right on Jomtien Beach. It has a three-story balcony, with tables on the ground floor set directly on the sand, allowing you to dine with your feet in the sand. The second floor, or more accurately the mezzanine level, has chairs facing the sea, offering a truly atmospheric dining experience.

Beachfront dining, where the sand is no obstacle to a hearty meal.

Watching the sunset must be delightful.

This table set is probably best used as a decorative prop for photography.

Sandy beaches, gentle breeze, and our friends.

Long table, can sit many people

Traveling the same path, gazing at the same sea and the same sun.

The next level is a group seating area, located on the third floor where we are sitting.

We were seated on the third floor as our large group required a spacious table. The first round of dishes arrived, but we were so famished that we forgot to take pictures. However, the deep-fried shrimp spring rolls were exceptionally delicious, prompting us to order more. As our hunger subsided, we finally remembered to capture some photos.

The food at this restaurant is decent, but not exceptional. However, the desserts and smoothies are truly outstanding. As shown in the picture, the strawberry milkshake smoothie is incredibly refreshing and delicious.

When we ordered dessert, we didn't think much of it. We thought it would be a small dish, like the food. But it was a big production. This dish is called Roti with White Chocolate Sauce. This dish is one of the best. I love it.

This dish is actually very familiar to us, but it's presented in a cute and delicious way. It's called FBI, or Fried Banana Ice Cream. They take half a banana, cut it lengthwise, wrap it in a fried dough sheet, and drizzle it with chocolate. It's served with vanilla ice cream, crushed cookies, and whipped cream. It's definitely fattening, but it's so good!

Despite the savory dishes, we couldn't resist indulging in a classic Thai dessert: **banana in coconut syrup**. The syrup was so thick that even with ice added, it remained intact, refusing to melt into the water. The bananas were firm and perfectly complemented the ice. Overall, the dessert was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for a romantic rendezvous. However, those who are not essential may have to move on and find sustenance elsewhere. (It is what it is.)
