"Authentic Street Food on Rajadamnoen Road"

This place is packed! Today, I'm changing things up and trying out the legendary หมูปลาร้า Street Food, which has been around for over 20 years. Be prepared for a long wait, but it's worth it. The restaurant is open daily from 8:00 PM to 3:00 AM. I arrived at 10:00 PM and had to wait for my turn, receiving a numbered ticket and placing my order. Luckily, it wasn't too crowded today due to the rain.

A small cart shop located at the entrance of a small alley. It is easy to spot due to the long queue. In addition to Thai people, there are also foreigners in the queue.

While waiting, you can watch the pork being grilled. It doesn't take long to grill, and there are three grills in total.

As each order consists of dozens of skewers, please be patient and wait for your turn.

My order of fermented pork and fish has arrived. I'll find a suitable place to sit now.

If you dine at the restaurant, the fermented fish and pork dish will be served on a tray with accompanying vegetables, cucumbers, shallots, and most importantly, a cup of seasoned fermented fish sauce and a knife for cutting vegetables to eat fresh.

Street food at its finest! This restaurant doesn't have tables, so grab a chair from nearby and gather around the tray to eat. Alternatively, bring a mat from home. The wide walkway provides ample seating.

Spicy and flavorful dipping sauce with fermented fish. It's a bit salty, so don't dip too much. Enjoy with sliced vegetables like cucumber or shallots for a balanced flavor.
