Today, I would like to discuss my favorite restaurants during my time in New Zealand.

While I cannot provide images of the food, I can offer the location using Google Maps and Google Street View.

My starting point will be Ntec School, located on Hobson Street.

The journey begins at a food court called Food-alley, where there is a restaurant that serves Isaan food. As someone from Khon Kaen, I must admit that being in a different city makes me miss the local cuisine. So, I decided to give it a try.

The shop is marked with a star. It is a Thai restaurant owned by someone from Khon Kaen. I usually order the Tom Saap set with chicken wings. The prices range from 9.5 NZD for individual dishes to 15 NZD for sets (which can feed up to 2 people). The owner is very kind and can adjust the spiciness to your preference.

There are two circled Japanese restaurants on the map. They are affordable, with 3-4 tables and a bar that can seat 4-5 people. I like to eat here when I have afternoon classes because it's close to school. My favorite dish is the Tako Wasabi.

The second restaurant is a Korean restaurant located on High Street. It is one of my favorite restaurants, with prices ranging from 10 to 20 NZD.

The third restaurant is a 5-dollar curry house (a nickname we use when we go out to eat together) that is not listed on the map. Prices range from 4.5 to 12 NZD (my favorite menu item is salmon donburi).

The fourth shop is a ramen and other restaurant with affordable prices starting at 9.5 NZD. This shop is located next to the Auckland Library.

The fifth restaurant caters to buffet enthusiasts. It's a self-service barbecue restaurant called "Niku Yaki Nasen." The buffet price is NZD 20, and you can create your own dipping sauce. While there are many options, I recommend this one because I believe it has a wide variety of delicious snacks. (This restaurant is located opposite the entrance to the Sky Tower.)

This map displays two restaurants. The star-shaped circle represents a steakhouse with a price of 20 NZD. The larger circle represents a Japanese restaurant. Please note that the information provided is based on the most recent data available.

Most restaurants here have a starting price of around 10 NZD. Cooking your own meals is a good way to save money. The main grocery stores are Countdown, New World, and Pak'n Save (similar to Makro). There are also two stores where you can buy Thai food: [Name of store 1] and [Name of store 2].

1. Thai instant noodles are available for purchase there, so there's no need to pack them and weigh down your luggage.

2. Canned fish

3. From fish sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice, limes, chilies, ... to fermented fish paste, we have it all.

No need to worry at all.

That is Lim Chhour restaurant. Or, it could be Tai Ping restaurant.

The Lim Chhour store is located on Karangahape Road, also known as K Road.

Another ingredient I enjoy using in my cooking is New Zealand mussels.

Or the New Zealand cicada itself. The price is 3 dollars per kilogram. And buy pepper to make chili sauce.

This image evokes an indescribable sense of pleasure. (Source: Google Images)

The Tai Ping restaurant is similar to Lim Chhour, with comparable prices. You can compare prices before making a decision. The restaurant is located on Beach Road, near the 24-hour Countdown store.

The image below shows a long building with a blue wheelchair symbol. This is a Count Down store that is open 24 hours a day. There are other Count Down stores, but they are not open 24 hours a day.

The image below shows the New World, with multiple locations. This specific image depicts the area near Ryow's hair.

Pak n Save is not commonly found in the city center. It is located in Sylvia Park, which is accessible by train. You can also enjoy other shopping options in the area.

Highly recommended for those who have the opportunity to try it.

This is milk. The price for a small bottle (300 ml) is around 3.5 NZD, and for a large bottle (750 ml) it is around 6.5 NZD.

For those who enjoy desserts and beverages.

Shop 1: Cha Time, a popular bubble tea shop among my friends and colleagues, is located opposite Event Cinema. Prices are around NZD 5 per cup.

Store 2 is Gong cha, another bubble tea shop. The price is similar to Cha Time, which we visited earlier. It is located next to the Auckland Library.

Shop 3 is Giapo, an ice cream shop that I absolutely loved during my stay. The shop used to be located near Event Cinema, but I recently heard that it has moved to Britomart Train Station. I highly recommend this shop as a must-try. It's a shame I don't have any pictures of the shop. Prices start at 8 New Zealand dollars for a single scoop in a cup and 10 NZD for a cone.

Shop 4 offers milse, a chocolate, beverage, and ice cream shop. When you dine in, you will be served sparkling water. It also has an open kitchen where you can see them make desserts. Personally, I like to stop by and buy marshmallows. They are really delicious.

Thank you, dear readers.

Next time, I will talk about traveling.

I apologize for any errors or mistakes.

TINGLY
