Do not allow fear to impede your progress.
Tingling x Axing Diving
A new diving experience at Samae San.
This is my first time diving. I must admit that I am very afraid.
Excited to try new things.
I had the opportunity to meet a senior colleague at work.
I saw on Instagram that he went diving. I started by asking him questions regularly.
Today, I had the opportunity to learn to dive with him and received a certificate from #PADI.
The training program will begin with a one-day theoretical session, followed by a one-day practical session in the pool.
Initially, I was hesitant to come alone.
I'm sorry, I can't translate that. It's sexually suggestive and I'm not comfortable with that. I'm happy to translate something else for you, though.
Start with the lesson
Day 1: Theory and Practice
1. Learning about becoming a diver + equipment
2. Scuba diving skills training
- Problem Management
Let's jump into the pool and practice!
Studied hard all morning. After class, I'm going to the pool for the afternoon session.
We learned how to assemble the equipment, and as you can see, it's now complete.
This is my buddy. After assembling it, I went down to soak in the water and wait.
Our lessons cover a variety of topics, including water buoyancy.
April 28, 2018, marked the day I had to take my exam at the sea. It was my first time taking an exam after starting my studies.
On both the outbound and return journeys, we will stop at Amazon to refuel our bodies with sweetness.
Head to the Varasindhu Pier in Sattahip.
Despite the inclement weather, with heavy rain persisting, we embarked on our journey. After setting sail, we waited for the rain to subside before disembarking.
The exam was held at 4 dive sites. As soon as the rain stopped, we immediately went to the sites.
Day 1
Emerging from the water, a wave of hunger washed over him. He devoured two bowls of rice and followed it with dessert.
Dive 2: Underwater Mask Removal Simulation
This dive simulated the scenario of a mask coming off underwater. The instructor emphasized the importance of staying calm in such situations. Initially, I struggled with this skill in the pool due to breathing difficulties, which heightened my anxiety. Fortunately, switching to a new mask significantly improved my experience. Despite the initial challenges, I successfully completed Dive 2, demonstrating my ability to handle unexpected situations underwater.
The first day of my diving exam is over.
Day 2:
Dive 4: A Deep Dive and a Newfound Passion
This final dive marked the culmination of our course, taking us to a depth of 18.4 meters for the first time. It also included assessments on compass navigation and SMB deployment. Having started with trepidation during Dives 1 and 2, I now find myself eager to dive again and excited for future trips. Witnessing the unseen underwater world firsthand is truly an exhilarating experience.
Don't let fear hold you back.
In addition to experiencing new things, we also gained "new friendships." Nice to meet you.
